Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, the peaceful creekside location, and the quiet setting. We apologize that the hot tub temperature wasn’t where it should have been for cooler weather, that’s something we’ll look into right away. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of detergent for the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. That’s helpful feedback, and we’ll review our amenity offerings to better meet guest expectations. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re glad you had a nice stay overall and hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for stopping by to leave a rating and review. Unfortunately having 63 condos to clean from 10:00 to 4:00 pm makes it hard to get every guest in early. So although we try and get every guest in early sometimes, it ends up being 30 minutes to an hour early, but we do have every room ready by check-in time. Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Management
