Grand Venetian Puerto Vallarta Beachfront Condo

The luxurious ocean-front condominium offers an exquisite combination of Mexican architectural flavor with modern, comfortable amenities at Puerto Vallarta. One bedroom, one bathroom with an infinity pool, a private beach, and three outdoor pools. Gorgeous ocean views from this hike-rise building.
Tower 1000 is an excellent tower on the beach, evoking the elegant Venetian style. It is a few minutes from downtown and the airport and close to everything in the condominium.
The condominium has a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. One balcony is in front of the ocean and the beach from the living room. The bedroom and the kitchen face the sea. For entertainment, two flat TVs with cable in the living room and the bedroom and internet service with Netflix.
Enjoy watching whales and dolphins, tennis, volleyball, boats, cruise ships, fireworks, the glittering lights of the town, billiard room, movie theater, gym, and snack bar, all from the condo. Everything you need is within walking distance, including multiple supers, movie theaters with films in English, and many restaurants, Starbucks, and casinos just a block away. Local buses are closed for the 10-minute ride to town (55 cents), and Uber services are from the lobby.
Also, taxis and Uber are readily available at your service.

Enjoyed my stay at Grand Venetian condo in PV in April. The condo was described as listed in VRBO and the amenities of the property were outstanding. There were a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly by the condo owner and she was very responsive to any inquiries. I would like to come back and visit PV in the near future and hope to rent this condo if it is available. I would strongly recommend this property for its value and location.

Communication was superb. Sandra the host was extremely helpful. Would recommend this unit to anyone. This is a superb locattion directly facing the ocean on the 21st floor.. the unit is well furnished with 2 chairs on the balcony along with a small dining table and 2 chairs. Sandra is the best host we ever had. She was always kind, attentive and quick to reply when we had a question and was very helpful to us on our first trip to Mexico. The apartment is large and was spacious for the two of us. The balcony on the 21st floor has a magnificent view of the Bay and the beach, and we enjoyed the occasional fireworks that were held by the various areas along the beach over our two weeks there. The apartment is very well stocked, the shower large and the bed very comfortable. The Grand Venetian itself has very good security and we always felt safe. We heard from others on the beach that this is not always the case at other complexes. There are five pools to enjoy and additional chairs and umbrellas on the beach on the resort property. The kitchen was fully functional and the costco is a 5 minute drive by uber or taxi so we enjoyed making most of our meals at the unit. We can hardly wait to return! Muchos gracias!!!!

Amazing views

We have stayed at this complex before a few times but this was the best view we've had by far. It was also the best maintained and best stocked and was extremely quiet. The host was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

Our stay did not disappoint. Sandra’s condo is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was nothing we lacked in the kitchen. The view is amazing. We highly recommend this location as it was very clean, secure and easy access to downtown. The pools and the restaurant are superb.

Great Place and Great Vacation

We’ve been to the Grand Venetian 3 times now over the past 7 years. (In 3 different units). Always had a great time. Great location and walking distance to anything you need to see or do in PV. The grounds are kept very clean and the units we have stayed in have been great as well.

It can’t be beaten for views, location, pools, walking distance to high end restaurants, grocery stores. The condo is very well stocked with h everything you will need. Loved staying there. Host was exceptionally helpful. 5 stars!

This property was excellent. My husband is disabled and it worked well for him. The only thing we needed was a grab bar in the shower, which we always take with us when we travel. Sandra was fantastic and let us use a patio chair in the shower. The kitchen was very well equipped.
