A new, warm, self-contained 48 m² apartment.
South-facing with balcony (garden view) furnished with "chiliennes", dining table and chairs.
Accommodation inspired by the sea and travel and comprising 2 bedrooms / 2 double beds 140 and 160. Beds are made up on arrival.
Each bedroom has comfortable bedding, a wardrobe + shelves and a desk.
A pellet stove in the living room makes for cosy evenings.
The kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils you need for your comfort.
The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
For those little moments of relaxation, the living room is equipped with a Wi-fi television and a sofa.
In this comfortable cocoon, you have the charm of the gulf at your feet and the opportunity to stroll along the many coastal paths.
Nearby (500m), you'll find a bar/tobacco shop, grocery shop and bread depot. A little further on (3.8km), you can take advantage of the local market, shops and supermarket. Just 1km away, you can sample delicious cheeses such as Badenois or Tome de Rhuys.
Depending on the activities you want to do, there are various beaches to choose from (small coves or large beaches). The Toulindac and Pointe d'Arradon water sports centres are just 5km from the accommodation.
