The apartment "Apartment Gabriele" is located in the house Roland. The residential complex House Roland consists of two apartment houses and is surrounded by a spacious plot.

The bright apartment is located in the 2nd Upstairs. The living room with open kitchen is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, armchairs and an inviting dining area. From the adjacent covered balcony facing south into the green, and the new marina at Achterwasser is only a few minutes walk.

The equipped with plenty of dishes fitted kitchen has u. a. over ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and blender.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the walk-in closet is in the hallway next to the bedroom. The shower room was completely renovated in 2012. The small indoor swimming pool with sauna (year-round) in the house complements the recreational offer of the complex.

For all guests usable are bicycle cellar, table tennis room as well as laundromat and dryer.
A parking space is available directly on the property.

The beds are made for you and towels are provided. A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge if required.

angenehme Unterkunft; toller Blick in den Kiefernwald, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.Habe ich die Etagenangabe übersehen? 3. Stock ist für manchen schon schwierig...Entfernung zum Strand ist etwas weiter als angegeben, da war ich etwas enttäuscht.Es wäre schön, auf eigenen Bademantel u.ä. für die Sauna hinzuweisen. Prinzipiell ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist exakt so, wie im Inserat in Beschreibung und Fotos abgebildet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich sehr gut, da fehlt es an nichts. Eine Mikrowelle gibt es als einziges nicht. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Kommunikation verlief auch vorbildlich. Die Sauna ließ sich gut nutzen und der Pool war größer als erhofft. Allerdings so kalt, dass wir ihn am Ende doch nur einmal mit viel Frieren nutzen konnten/wollten. Da wir u.a. deshalb die Ferienwohnung gebucht hatten um schwimmen zu können, war das für uns enttäuschend. Wir hatten kein Thermen-Wasser erwartet, aber so war es wirklich zu kalt. In der Wohnung selber müssen wir die Matratzen bemängeln, wir hatten so Schwierigkeiten gute Nächte zu verbringen. Insbesondere die linke müsste getauscht werden. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer wäre nur für kleine Kinder empfehlenswert. Fahrradkeller wäre für eigene Fahrräder vorhanden, Tischtennisplatte mit eigenen Kellen nutzbar. Es läuft sich schön an den Strand und in den Wald und auch in die Stadt ist es nicht weit. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es selbst im Winter so einige und der Ort ist auch im Winter lebendig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war saubet ordentlichen und liebevollen eingerichtet. Parkplatz vorm Haus, für Fahrräder ein extra Schuppen. Sauna und Schwimmbad haben wir nicht benutzt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet (kurz vor Ostern extra mit Osterdekoration) und sehr sauber. Wir sind mit Kleinkind angereist und es waren sogar extra Kinderbücher im Regal für uns hingestellt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten frisch bezogen und genügend Handtücher lagen bereit. Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung auf Usedom und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen bereits geschrieben, ist die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Kommunikation lief sehr unkompliziert. Das Schwimmbad/der Pool wird von vielen Menschen genutzt und schnell sehr laut. Da gilt es günstige Zeiten abzupassen.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Auch die zusätzlichen Tipps zu Wanderungen und toller Gastronomie waren sehr hilfreich. 😊👍🌞 Leider war die Abwicklung über FEWO-DIREKT etwas chaotisch, wir erhielten ständig e-Mails mit widersprüchlichen Zahlungsaufforderungen - unsere Vermieterin hat selbst für die nötigen Erklärungen sorgen müssen. Sorry FEWO-DIREKT, aber das war von Eurer Seite extrem unprofessionell und führte bei Mieter und Vermieter zu unnötigem Aufwand 😕

Sogar die verspätete Ankuft (Schlüssel im Safe) sowie unsere verschlafene Abfahrt waren organisatorisch kein Problem ;-) Eigentlich bleibt nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Buchung und Abwicklung sollten vollständig digital, d.h. ohne Briefe oder viele E-Mails zur allseitigen Entlastung möglich sein. Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung bei der an Alles gedacht wurde.

Vom DVD-Player über duftende Handtücher zum Gemüsehobel, hier wurden alle Dinge mit Bedacht und Geschmack ausgewählt. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten mit der Technik bekamen wir sofort Hilfe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
