This is an absolutely fabulous apartment! The location is perfect for shopping, attractions, restaurants, anything else that you would need to see and do. The location is very walkable to everything. The apartment is large, very clean, very nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything that you could possibly think about needing.The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and safe. The check-in process was easy and quick and the outside patio area was lovely and relaxing.I cannot say enough good things about this apartment, I would recommend it to everyone, and if we return to Heidelberg, we will be staying here again! Wonderful place.

Der Aufenthalt in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Mansarde eines historischen GebĂ€udes in der Heidelberger Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sowohl tagsĂŒber als auch nachts ruhig im Hinterhaus und auf der Dachterrasse ĂŒber dem Innenhof. Die Wohnung verbindet die alte Bausubstanz gekonnt mit den Wohnanforderungen der Neuzeit. Kompromisse etwa bei der Bedienung der Doppelfenster oder der Stehhöhe in der kleinen Dusche unter der SchrĂ€ge mĂŒssen dabei hingenommen werden. DafĂŒr bekommt man im Wohn- und Schlafbereich durchgehend Holzdielen und genĂŒgend Kopffreiheit. In der gut ins Wohnzimmer integrierten modernen KĂŒche haben wir bis auf ein HandrĂŒhrgerĂ€t alles gefunden, was wir fĂŒr die Selbstversorgung benötigt haben. NatĂŒrlich bietet die Altstadt ein großes gastronomisches Angebot, aber wenn die Unterkunft gemĂŒtlich ist, bleibt man auch gerne mal „Zuhause“.

It was a lovely property in a central location. The host met us there and explained how everything worked, there was an information booklet also. It was well equipped and there were fans in every room - it was very hot while we were there but we managed with the fans.

Fantastic property with lovely helpful hosts. Everything you need is here. Spacious and roomy with a lovely outside private balcony. Bedrooms and beds were excellent with very welcome fans in a hot period. Well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent right in the centre of the old town with all it’s amenities and yet it was so quiet and peaceful in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Trip to the EMBL

This is a lovely apartment with lots of space in a very convenient location. We very much enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are great and the outdoor space adds to the experience. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful area!!!

We had an amazing family experience staying at this VRBO apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. The layout is perfect—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook our own meals. It's clear the host pays attention to detail and wants guests to feel comfortable and at ease.Our host was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay, which made all the difference.The outdoor area was also a highlight—great layout and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better either—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet in a peaceful, quiet spot.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Wonderful apartment in Heidelberg's old city

This is a very nicely kept 3-bedroom apartment in Heidelberg Altstadt. It has a great outside patio where we enjoyed a take-out dinner and wine on our final night (our warmest day in Heidelberg), and it would be a great place to stay in warmer weather. It is inside a moderately-old building with a courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet, but it is a very short walk to the pedestrian zone of old Heidelberg (very nearly in the zone). The host met us at the apartment and helped us in, and provides a folder of useful notes about the area. This was a great experience and we would certainly stay here again if/when we get back to Heidelberg.

Delightful visit

We had a most enjoyable New Year break in this lovely apartment in the old town of Heidelberg. It is extremely well-equipped, most comfortable and very characterful. Martina was very welcoming knowledgeable and helpful to this group of elderly old friends!

A return to Heidelberg

I was so excited to return to Heidelberg with my family to show them the city I lived in as a student. The apartment was perfect for our stay, we all had space to stretch out after a long flight and could walk to Hauptstrasse or Bizmarktplaz easily.

Absolutely Beautiful

The apartment is gorgeous and in a perfect location in Old City Heidelberg. The images on the listing do not do it justice! It is much more beautiful in person. The building is very quiet and we rarely saw anyone while coming in and out of the bldg. Once we parked our car in the parking garage (which is totally worth the extra fee) we left it there and walked everywhere every day. It was nice to know that the car was tucked away and safe while we toured. The hosts were very thorough on showing us the apartment and what there is to offer in the area. They even put up a Christmas tree for us to celebrate the holiday. I recommend this to anyone who wants a fully immersive experience in Old City Heidelberg and loves to walk all the nooks and crannies of the historic town. We will definitely rent here again when we come back to the area.

The property is just of the pedestrian street. It has do many options to buy food to take back to the apartment or chose between a number of great restaurants.Close to the fenicular to the castle and also the Christmas markets.
