Welcome to the Emerald Coast!

​Located in Le Minihic-sur-Rance, on the estuary shores, this charming and fully independent ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum capacity of 4 people, ideally with children). You will love its quiet location in a dead-end street, right at the foot of the GR 34 hiking trail and just 100 meters from the shores of the Rance estuary, where you will find a small beach for swimming.

​🔴 PLEASE NOTE ABSOLUTELY (Outside area) 🔴

​°NO GARDEN: The property does NOT have any garden (neither private nor shared).

°TERRACE: The south-facing entrance features a mini-terrace directly facing the quiet lane, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun. (In July and August, more frequent passage of neighbors' vehicles).

​°THE IDEAL LOCATION TO EXPLORE:
​Direct access to the GR 34 hiking trail.
​15 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinard, and the medieval town of Dinan.
​A small swimming beach 100 meters away on foot, accessible by 2 stone staircases or a small lane

Week-ends entre amis

Charmante location avec un acceuil chaleureux. Idéalement situé pour allez découvrir la côte mais possibilité de se poser et découvrir les lieux, la Rance et son GR34 et bien d’autres choses auw alentours ! Nous sommes même allés decouvrir une partie de la Forêt de Broceliandre. Nous conseillons donc cette location et à vous de decouvrir et profiter ;)

Grand rez de chaussé de maison, avec toutes les commodités et location pres de la mer. L'acces à la toilette est particuliere! Hote tres accueillante.
