The house is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room with armchairs, coffee table and TV
- Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Second floor :
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can be combined into a double bed.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free or paid parking lots close to the accommodation.

- Nearest train station: Dinan train station, 5 min by car
