Welcome to our charming apartment, a true haven of peace in the heart of Biarritz! You will find all the necessary comforts to make your stay truly memorable.

Brightness and Decoration: Our apartment is bathed in light and tastefully decorated, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Ideal Location: We are located in the heart of Biarritz, just steps away from the famous Grande Plage and the Casino. All amenities are within easy reach: bakery, pharmacy, newsstand, and much more. You won't even need to use your vehicle!

However, please note that the building is undergoing renovations from September 2023 to April 2024. Scaffolding and noise may cause some inconvenience during this period.

Comfort and Functionality: Our accommodation offers a functional space comprising a spacious main room with a sitting area, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and plenty of storage, a second bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with sink and bathtub, as well as a private laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, a balcony with a small bar allows you to enjoy the mild climate of the Basque Country!

Parking: You can park your vehicle in the Casino's parking lot, located right next to the apartment. During peak season, we recommend reserving your spot on the parkindigo.com website (paid parking). Please note that the apartment is located near the Casino, which may result in some noise disturbances.

Included Services: Bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, are included in the rate, allowing you to enjoy your stay worry-free. Furthermore, Wi-Fi access is provided, ideal for remote work.

Recommendations and Services: We are here to provide you with outstanding recommendations for activities and events on the Basque Coast. Whether you're looking for a surf instructor, yoga teacher, or even a babysitter, we have the best contacts to ensure you have a fantastic vacation.

Security Deposit: A bank imprint of €1500 will be requested via a payment link managed by the secure online service Swikly. This deposit is mandatory and must be made before arrival. It does not affect the credit limits of your credit card and will be automatically canceled within 7 days after your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the return of the property in perfect condition.

Guest Interaction: Léa or Chloé will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
