If you enjoy experiencing Provence in a charming, rustic, traditional home, this is the perfect place!
This house is situated 600 meters above sea level in a peaceful natural setting surrounded by olive trees and holm oaks, and close to the famous villages of the Luberon (Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste...) and Mont Ventoux. It’s also just 3 km from the famous “Colorado Provençal”
The nearby village of Rustrel—with its large
swimming pool, bakery, grocery store, two bars, and a restaurant—is a quintessentially French village.
Your only neighbor is 300 meters away, so you’ll enjoy peace and quiet without feeling isolated in the mountains.
Wi-Fi (fiber) is available.
This house is ideal for families, with its 5 bedrooms and 10 beds. All the beds have been replaced. You must bring your own sheets and towels.
Additional notes:
In the summer, you must be very careful about the risk of fire. It is strictly forbidden to have a barbecue outdoors. You may be fined.
You must also be careful during thunderstorms. They can be violent. In such cases, you must turn off the electricity and avoid using water, which is a strong conductor. Our electrical system isn’t very old, but it isn’t new either.
We do not want to host large events involving noise or alcohol.
We welcome families for tourism or cultural purposes.
It is possible to rent the house in the fall and winter, but there will be additional charges for heating.
The listed price does not include heating. This is a summer rate, not a winter rate. Heating costs will be negotiated between the parties. In principle

A public pool is available just 2 km from the house during the winter months.



To keep things simple, we do not provide sheets or towels. That’s why the bed sizes are listed in the listing.
If this policy is a problem for you, we can discuss it, but the laundry service—provided by the housekeeper—will need to be arranged directly with her. She will bill you directly.
