Perfect in every way! I've rented almost 100 properties via VRBO over the years and this unit is definitely in our top 5. The location was ideal, the unit was beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly want, including a welcome bottle of wine!! Renee is the perfect host and responded quickly to any and all of our requests. Her welcome binder contains all of the helpful information you need as a guest to a new location. You name it from where to shop, best restaurants broken down by food type, best sight seeing trips, suggested things to do, how to operate every item in the unit, etc, etc. Definitely the best welcoming binder of any property we have ever rented! I wish more hosts would offer the same. The unit is so cute and comfortable we didn't want to leave :-). We HIGHLY recommend this place!!

In one word: perfection.But it deserves more detail than that. The place is organized, well stocked, and genuinely comfortable, and adorable on top of it. The building itself is charming, the parking garage is a real plus, and it’s quiet. I never once heard a neighbor.The bed is very comfortable, and the pull-out sofa mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental, which is not a sentence I expected to write. The kitchen is perfectly stocked; everything I reached for was there. After a long day or a cold evening walk with my dogs, the soaking tub was exactly what I wanted.My favorite detail is the dining table. It sits in a round, tower-like nook with windows all the way around; one of those pieces of unique architecture. There’s also a cute little deck, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.The location is wonderful. My dogs and I loved walking the neighborhood.I have nothing bad to say about this place. I’ve rented a lot of them, and this is one of the best. Highly recommend.

Rene is the best! You feel like you are in your home when you stay here. So cozy and stocked with wonderful details. Perfect for a small family or a couple, easy to access and walk everywhere. Really loved staying here.

Great location (free city shuttle bus just a block away). Apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. Communicative owner who clearly cares you have a great stay.

Rene’ is an excellent host. Check in was easy, she communicated with every detail, the house was stocked with everything you would ever need. The location is great. If you are looking for a place in Park City, book this place now. I will definitely stay again.

Very close walk to PCMR. Upscale furnishings and Kitchen is amazingly well stocked for arental. Check the fridge, pantry and spices before buying more stuff. Host was very communicative.

Wonderful time staying at Empire House. Rene was such a responsive host, and the condo was so well outfitted/appointed that it truly felt like you were staying at a family friend’s home and not a rental. Girls also found sofa bed surprisingly comfy. Very conveniently located right across the street from Park City main ski lift area, and quick drive to Canyons and Deer Valley. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place for a Family

This is the perfect place for a family of four. It is within easy walking distance of PCM resort. If you are looking for a very nice, convenient place to stay and enjoy the slopes, this is your place. We will be back.

Overall 5 star Right in the middle of everything positive but would not recommend for those seeking seclusion. Top spot if you are looking fpr ultimate access to park city skiing
