The beautifully decorated studio was extremely clean and well furnished. It was perfect for a quick overnight with our family of 4. Great location too.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
When we arrived at the location the unit was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the host by VRBO. The first call back I received was from the house cleaner. I was there with my children and had to immediately call hotels to find a place to stay for the night since it was already 6:30 PM and no one answered my initial call and the house cleaner was not able to clean until Saturday morning. The nightly rate for the hotel was more money than the nightly rate for the VRBO due to the last minute reservation. I reached back out to the owner to request a refund for the full nightly rate of the hotel but they only refunded me the rate of the VRBO rental. When I requested the full amount for the hotel they refunded me the entire stay which sent me scrambling to reserve the hotel for the second night. When I asked if I could stay there on Saturday, they said yes however by this time (mid morning on Saturday) it was too late. I had to book the hotel for Saturday night by 7:30 AM on Saturday and due to the last minute nature it was non refundable. They a refusing to pay me the difference between the hotel and VRBO despite this being their fault not to mention the added inconvenience.

Great spot, close to campus. Very clean & modern feel.
Absolutely loved this cute little studio! It was bright and airy with all the amenities we needed. Clear instructions were provided for everything and it was a super easy check in/out process.
The listing is just as described! Jake, our host was very committed to make our stay easy and comfortable! The property was super clean, and just a short driving distance from downtown!!
Highly recommend and would definitely book again!
This is a stylish, comfortable studio which is quiet and clean. The bathroom has upscale features and the kitchen is nicely equipped to do basic cooking. The location is great, close to the Centennial Trail and Gonzaga University. Jake is very friendly. The only problem we had was that we reported that the wi-fi wasn't working when we checked in and it was 18 hours before the problem was addressed. Other than that, this was a great experience.
