Our cozy and well appointed home is located a short walk from Manito Park and in a highly desired South Spokane neighborhood. Walk to parks, coffee shops, or drive to work to the hospitals in a few minutes, or downtown in 5mins. This place has been a quiet oasis for many nurses and out of town doctors. Our quiet and safe home offers 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with an updated and bright kitchen and bath. Large bedroom upstairs and unfinished and open basement if you like to workout from home

The House Rules are as follows:

NO SHOES: shoes off inside, please help us keep the place clean
NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)
NO PETS OF ANY KIND
NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is an established neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Please respect our neighbors. All noise level must be minimal after 10pm. We do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit (if collected) will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Excessive guests: more than listed on the reservation: $20 per guest/per night (must have approval)
Additional cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50

If there is any evidence of smoking in the home: $125 fee (again this fee is charged by our cleaners to remove the odor) pass through charge from our cleaners
