The big draw to this property is how overly dog-friendly it is. Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people! On-site services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat, offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and a sundeck for guests to enjoy.

All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, the view was great, and the pools and hot tubs were a hit with the kids. The beach was much less crowded than in front of the other larger resorts. We will stay here again.

Great stay but lacked kitchen accessories.

We absolutely loved the room location and the balcony overlooking the ocean. Everything was very clean when we arrived. However, we were expecting everything we needed in the kitchen and that was not the case. No can opener, No pot holders, no large bowl for mixing, No baking pan, no spaghetti strainer, No salt and pepper , no serving spoons, and the only Skillet was not Teflon coated so everything stuck. We booked this room in particular because it had a kitchen and we used it. The only other negative was the front desk staff was less than friendly. We did absolutely love the indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool and hot tub. That was a huge plus.

I would stay again

The location of this hotel to me was great. Not quite as busy as the boardwalk area but you literally walk out the door and you're on the beach. The staff is very friendly. It's not five star but I think you get quality for what you pay. There are things that could be fixed that would help the place look better but all in all I had no complaints and I would stay there again. Perfect for the person with pets.

Great place to stay with a dog!

We enjoyed the pet friendly, laid back atmosphere of Ocean Park Resort. All staff we interacted with, front desk, pool, housekeeping, maintenance, were friendly; that means a lot. The room was clean, cheery & comfortable and the ocean view from the balcony was exceptional. The pet goodie bag we were given upon check in was a welcoming touch. We had a great stay 😁
