Private accommodation House Cucumber (23791-K1) is ideal for 5 persons. In this accommodation: pet friendly accommodation - only by prior arrangement with the agency (extra fee paid to host). House is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Landjin. It contains two seperate bedrooms, the both with a queen bed, on of them has an extra bunk bed (see picture) for one person, so it can accommodate maximum 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment and cooking stove on gas. This house also offers a barbecue in the garden and outdoors shower. This is a pet-friendly accommodation - pets are welcome against surcharge of 5,00 EUR per night per pet.

The house is accessible by car, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area.

The other possibility is to leave your car (one per group) on a free parking, on the island of Pasman, in the village of Ugrinic. Transfer from this parking place to the house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is also free of charge. In the booking process please inform us if you choose an access by your own car or the service of transfer. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.

The fresh water reservoir holds 25.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom, in the shower, in the toilet and on the sink. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.

Bed linen is prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver's license). We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your recharger that you also use in your car.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is inconvenient at night. Schöner eingezäunter Garten, gepflegtes Haus und guter Meerzugang mit Steg, Restaurant in der Nähe - Keine Dusche im Bad, schlechte Toilette, zu wenig Steckdosen und kein Licht auf der Terrasse, linke Nachbarn sehr nah und etwas laut

schön, schöner, am schönsten

Sehr idyllisches Häuschen direkt am Meer.

Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, hat unsere Erwartungen aber vollstens erfüllt. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich, altes Auto, Jeep oder SUV erforderlich. Geparkt wird 250m vom Haus entfernt. Wir haben unseren Wagen und Trailer beim Vermieter abgestellt und sind mit dem eigenen Boot zum Ferienhaus geshippert. Handy oder Nintendo laden ist kein Problem, mehr wollten wir auch nicht. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach vorhanden.

Grill und großer Garten vorhanden.

Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse durch die Bucht Landin auf einen weiten Horizont. Sonnenuntergang ist leider nicht zu sehen.

Ca. 10 m muss vom Haus zum Kies und Felsstrand gelaufen werden. Kleiner Anlegesteeg zum Sonnenbaden vorhanden.

Das Wasser ist glasklar und sauber. Badeschuhe wegen Seeigeln empfehlenswert. Bojenfeld in der Bucht....

Restaurant ist ca 150m entfernt, nicht störend. Keine Geruchs- oder Lärmbelästigung. Geiler Adriakalmar!!!

Wer Urlaub fernab vom Massentourismus, Internet, Telefon und sonstigen Alltagsschrott erleben will ist hier genau richtig. Hunde sind willkommen...

2h Wanderung nach TKON, 40min benötigt man in die Bucht Soline.

La casa è in una baia bellissima e il mare è fantastico. La strada di accesso è adeguata e non presenta difficoltà. L''ambiente è meraviglioso e anche la casa offre tutto quello che ci si aspetta da una vacanza di questo tipo.

Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Sarebbero utili dei mobili da giardino ( lettini, sdraio e ombrelloni...).

Haus direkt am Meer, nahegelegenes Restaurant - Haus sehr schwer zugänglich, mit Rollstuhl gar nicht (der freundliche Wirt hat uns mit dem Boot hinübergebracht)

Very quiet place with only a few people, clean water, sea just in front of our accomodation (20 steps), separate pier, possibility of ordering food carried by a boat. - Difficult access road - not for all vehicles!!! - it was then not possible to go to some destination with restaurants in the evening because we were afraid to drive in darkness.

Shower only as a camping bag (but finally it was OK :-)).
