Whether you're coming alone, as a couple, for leisure or work, you'll feel right at home in this charming, functional 21m2 studio.
Just a stone's throw from the Alésia metro station and close to all amenities, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped apartment. The accommodation has been designed to be as practical as possible, while still providing the ideal comfort for your stay. You'll be able to relax on the sofa (bed) in the living room while taking advantage of the high quality wifi (fiber) and connected TV. The open-plan kitchen is also fully equipped and includes everything you need: microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, all crockery and condiments. The bathroom, meanwhile, is spacious and includes a beautiful shower, hairdryer and first-aid kit. In the evening, you can relax on the sofa bed with its comfortable mattress for 2 people. For your added comfort, bed linen and towels are provided.

If you're coming by public transport, the nearest metro station is Alésia, just a few minutes' walk away.
By car, on-street parking is available at a charge

Ideally located near Place d'Alésia (7 minutes) and Montparnasse (10-15 minutes).
You have access to a multitude of food shops (Auchan, Picard, Monoprix) and restaurants (Italian, Japanese, brasseries).
For leisure activities, there are numerous theaters (rue de la gaité is a 12-minute walk away) and the Catacombs (15 minutes).

The Alésia metro station is a 7-minute walk away

Please do not smoke in the accommodation.
Prohibited parties
Independent arrival until 23pm by collecting the keys in a store 1 minute walk from the accommodation.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and overlooks the street so please close the shutters when leaving the accommodation

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
