Welcome to our well appointed “Townhome in the Pines”. Our townhome is located in the Pinnacle Pines Townhome community and is surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa Pines. This 1750 sq. ft., three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac and offers a tranquil and relaxing environment.

Surrounding the townhome are two hiking paths just outside the front door that lead you through the Ponderosa Pines. As you walk the trails, you can breath in the fresh air and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature. After your exhilarating hike, you can relax and enjoy coffee or cocktails on the patio and/or porch and even read a book on the chaise lounge in our reading nook.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DOGS 25lbs and under are allowed. Guest MUST pick up all dog droppings and placed in the exterior trash can. Also, any excessive dog hair picked up.
You are responsible for any damage that you or your guest(s) make to the property during your stay.
Our townhome accommodates up to six guests to include adults, infants, babies, toddlers and children.

Great place nestled in the forest in Flagstaff. Close to everything and located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was a great size and well appointed - everything we needed was available. We loved our stay at the quiet townhome in a community nestled in the woods. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The lovely townhome has a great location, just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the historic downtown. The hosts provided clear instructions for the home. We felt that this would be a perfect balance between her attending school and for us to be able to spend time with her in the beautiful surroundings of the Ponderosa Pines. Why they chose this property

Pinnacle Pines is an ideal location for us as it is set back from the hustle and bustle of Flagstaff, yet close enough to get to our favorite locations. The quiet cut-de-sac with it's access to hiking trails allows us to hike or bike whenever we want without having to drive to a location. It is truly a relaxing get-a-way for all of us.

What makes this property unique

The easy access to hiking trails, sledding areas and only being 30 minutes from Snowbowl is perfect for us. Our townhome is only 45 minutes north of Sedona and an hour and a half away from the Grand Canyon (depending on which rim). We love the outdoors and this area provides us with all the opportunities we need to be active.
