-No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy. A $500 fine will be charged, and all guests will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is violated.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
Checkout Time:
-fee for failure to depart at the designated checkout time.
-Items Left Behind: If items are left at the home and need to be shipped back, the guest will be charged shipping costs plus a $50 handling fee.
Pets:
-Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS).
-Our policy is “All four on the floor” — pets must remain off all furniture, beds, and couches at all times.
-Evidence of pets on furniture or bedding will result in additional cleaning fees.
-The pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.
