Family Friendly Condo on the Big Niangua-Sleeps 8-10 (8 Adult Max.) …. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to relax and enjoy making memories with one another and we would like to share it with you! Now is the time to relax and enjoy some family time, catch a fish, swing a club at one of the many golf courses or take a hike on the nearby trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park or Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Ballparks National is only 7 miles away! Our condo is in the gated Cedar Heights Condominiums right off Hwy 54. There are 2 pools located in the complex. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an attached full bathroom and a door to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a T.V. along with a pocket door to the main bathroom. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has a queen bed and a full bed along with a T.V. The loft has a day bed with a trundle bed along with some games to enjoy. We have plenty of room to just hang out with a cup of coffee, relax and make some memories.

**We are on the top floor. There are 3 flights of 9 stairs from the parking lot.**
**We do not have an available boat slip at this time.**
**I would like to disclose that our building is near highway 54 and we do have fans in each bedroom, if needed for white noise. **

We were looking for a good area to stay for multiple guys to go fishing. This property was a great location and had many amenities nearby. I would highly recommend.

We have a rather large family, and the accommodations were just perfect for that. Not too many places you can rent have the extra beds and sleeping areas. Very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place

This was a great space for 2 families to stay during a softball tournament at Ballfields National. It was a relaxing place and so much better than hotel rooms! We were able to have our separate areas when we needed them as well as plenty of space to share meals & visit in comfort. The view from the deck was amazing, especially at night. Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. We would highly recommend and happily stay again!

The condo worked well for our golf group of 4. Only reason for not providing a 5 star, is that the outside deck is just a little small for a group of 4 or more. Will rent again if the opportunity arrises.

Amazing family Vacay

This condo is set up beautifully right on the Lake. Pictures do not do the setting justice. It was a wonderful place to stay for a crazy chaotic big extended family to relax with young children.

Great get-a-way!

This condo was perfect for us! We had more than enough room for everyone! In fact, the kids enjoyed having their own "level" for hanging out. We were able to move around the kitchen while cooking. The breakfast bar made feeding kids easy, adults enjoyed the patio. Will be back for sure!

This was a wonderful stay. The condo was better than advertised. We were able to get in touch with the property owner during check in and she was very accommodating. July family reunion

Beautiful, well kept property. It would have been helpful to know up front that access was via 3 flights of stairs. Also, parking is extremely limited. I had to park a significant distance uphill from our condo. I have a heart issue and arthritis in my knees, so walking uphill/upstairs in the heat was an issue. Otherwise, I loved the property. My adult children and young grandchildren especially loved it!

Wonderful Condo for families

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The Condo was very clean and provided plenty of space for our family of four but easily could hold 10 people. The views of the water were gorgeous and the pools were very nice and convenient. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was a very accommodating host during our short stay for a baseball tournament. We would highly recommend booking this property and will likely be booking it again in the near future.
