L''appartamento è vicinissimo al centro di Premantura.Si esce tranquillamente a piedi e si trovano tutti i maggiori servizi.A 4 km si trova un supermercato e pescheria che offrono un ottimo pesce fresco a prezzi veramente bassissimi.Il proprietario di casa è molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.la casa è dotata di una ampio giardino recintato e per chi possiede cani è ottimale.E'' una location ideale per vacanze tranquille e per chi ricerca la natura al 100%.
