This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom room is located in Santiago de Caballeros (Santiago province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1400 sq. ft. The residence has no pool, is walking distance to the beach and is less than 1 hour drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
