Glorious

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place, it was a perfect location to relax, be with family and friends. We visited Carcassone, Beziers, the beach and explored the river Orb all with in easy reach.Thank you to Yves, Stella, Audrey and Anna,

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional location. The castle is very spacious and offers a good amount of facilities. The view from several terraces is just amazing! The garden is so wonderful and adventurous. Conciërge Christian is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this venue.

a wonderful castle in a quiet environment

we stayed at the chateau de Savignac with a group of 8 adults, but there is room for many more. The chateau is situatted about 3 km away from the little town Cazouls le Béziers, with bakery, supermarket, boulodrome .... And about 25 km away from Béziers, the pretty town close to the sea. There is a lot of room in the chateau, cosy living rooms, many kitchens, spacious bedrooms. And: Christian , the housekeeper, is a big help in any problem . We enjoyed the stay very much, there is space enough to relax outside and inside and there is room outside to practice boule, or petanque, all in all 5 stars!

Très bon accueil dans ce logis très bien équipé :grande cuisine, grand séjour ou nous séjournions à 12 personnes. Chambres confortables pour chaque couple.un sanitaire supplémentaire au r de c ne serait pas inutile mais l'épaisseur des murs ne le permet peut-être pas !Beaucoup de visites à faire dans le secteur à moins de 30 mn du gîte.Merci à Christian pour ses conseils

Petit havre de paix et de Nature

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréable, la maison est immense avec de belles pièces, très fonctionnelles, la demeure est ancienne avec des plafond et des pièces incroyables! Le gérant des lieux se met en quatre pour que tout se passe bien. La piscine est en contrebas de la maison mais le chemin d’accès est magnifique et le cadre verdoyant est propice au calme et au farniente! La mer est à 40 min de route et les petits villages aux alentours sont pittoresques et agréables, loin du tumulte des plages!

Reveillon entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 6 couples dans ce château, au calme et dans un bel environnement. C'est propre, confortable, la cuisine et très bien équipée. Heureusement il n'a pas plu, car il faut passer par l'extérieur pour acceder à certaines chambres. L'électricité et le gaz sont en plus, mais le prix de la location est très raisonnable pour la taille et le comfort des lieux. Merci pour l'accueil.

Savignac le Haut

Bonne semaine en famille. Toutefois, il faut signaler que votre annonce ne stipule pas que l'eau n'est pas potable. Il y a un forage et un puits avec filtre mais le réseau d'eau potable ne vient pas jusqu'à la location. Il nous a donc fallu acheter des packs d'eau pour le séjour alors que l'annonce dit que l'eau est comprise. J'ai demandé au propriétaire de vous signaler ce problème car je crois qu'il est interdit de louer s'il n'y a pas l'eau potable. Les photos montrent la piscine qui est très belle mais qui se trouve tout en bas de la propriété soit 100 marches inégales à descendre puis à remonter. A signaler donc pour les personnes qui, comme moi, ont des problèmes de genoux. Sinon, le gardien est très sympathique et disponible.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire qui nous donne l'occasion de préciser notre annonce et d'informer au mieux nos futurs hôtes. La propriété n'est de fait pas raccordée au réseau d'eau urbain, comme bien d'autres maisons situées à l'écart du village. L'eau puisée est filtrée par 4 filtres, traitée par UV et par un adoucisseur et testée tous les jours. Cela étant, comme indiqué dans le contrat de location, dans le guide pratique et désormais dans l'annonce, nous préférons, par prudence, recommander à nos locataires d'utiliser des bouteilles d'eau pour leur alimentation. En ce qui concerne la piscine, elle est effectivement située en contrebas du château comme mentionnée dans l’annonce, à une cinquantaine de mètres. Les marches seront révisées et rénovées cet hiver. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un bon séjour en famille à Savignac et nous vous souhaitons une bonne rentrée.

Fantastische vakantie!

Erg mooi kasteel, veel hoekjes en kantjes om met een groot gezelschap toch voldoende privacy te hebben. Weelderige tuin, zwembad wel iets verder weg..
