Awesome place to stay overlooks the pool steps away from beach. I really enjoyed the resort and all the amenities they had. Several pools hotubs stores coffee beach side bar and restaurant that had great food. Had a awesome Polynesian FireShow that was free

Corner room on the first floor, just a few steps and your at the door. Tv,s are full of options if rain keeps you inside. Only problem is the sliding door is a little tricky but you can navigate it. Everything was clean the bed was comfortable. We will return!

Great location. Perfect size condo for a short get away. We loved all the pool areas. Condo needs a deep clean especially the couch. Sliding door was hard to open, floors need repaired and laundry wasn’t in the room.

I have never left a negative review before, but I believe future renters deserve an accurate account of our experience.We have stayed at this oceanfront resort at least 20 times over the years, so we are familiar with the property and what a well-maintained unit should look like. On this trip, eight different families in our group rented units. The other condos reflected that their owners maintained them well and took care to provide clean, comfortable accommodations. This unit did not meet that standard.I contacted the owner shortly after arrival to explain the condition of the condo. No one offered to send the cleaning crew back. Instead, I was offered 100 after I did a quick cleaning myself. The condition of the unit suggested more than a missed turnover cleaning; it appeared to have been neglected for an extended period. The owner said she lives in Chicago and was not aware of the condition.Some of the issues we encountered included:* The sliding glass door was very difficult to open and close. Even grown men had trouble moving it.* The blinds and window frames had a thick layer of dust.* The baseboards throughout the condo were dirty, and the entire unit needs a deep cleaning and fresh paint.* The extra blankets in the bedroom appeared old and worn, and we did not feel comfortable using them.* The sofa was dirty and stained, so we covered it with sheets before sitting on it.* The listing photos showed a coffee table, but there was no coffee table or end tab

Clean unit, comfortable, dated small kitchenHost very responsive , fixed heating issue quick. Three month stay for us. Resort is outstanding. Love heated pools, hard working staff, Quarterdeck Bar can get loud. Good off season value.

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. Pool was very close by. Was very relaxing to listen to the waves of the ocean from the balcony. I would just suggest giving a bit more clarity on the fact that it was a community laundry room

Clean, safe, and excellent location!

Compact space but more than adequate for my wife, daughter, and me. Location to the beach was excellent. The shower was the highlight for me. Parking is a pain but this is out of the owner's hands, of course. Generally, I would let the girls out at the walk-up and circle back through to park, but I can see it being problematic for other individuals. All in all, value was very good and we would recommend!
