Play outside in the Poconos during the day, relax on the deck/by the fire at night (or in Clubhouse hot tub).
Grill/sit under the stars among the trees on the wrap-around deck. King bed in MBR, Queen in other BR, double futon in finished basement (with full laundry), pull-out in LR, plus other couches in a sunroom and an entry room.]
Fast internet, Netflix, Tivo, etc.
Shared amenities: Pools, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, 5 minute drive away.
5 minute walk to Elm Lake Beach and our canoe.
10-minute walk to Fawn Hill pool (with slide), playground and Fawn Hill Summer Day Camp.

Our Uncle built the house in 1966 and it's been part of our family for 4 generations.
Why they chose this property
We are on a large forested lot, walking distance to Elm Lake Beach in Hemlock Farms (with fireworks on July 4, COVID permitting), and a 5 minute drive to the year-round clubhouse, with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, kid's pool. Also a 10 minute walk to outdoor pool with slide, and Fawn Hill Summer camp.
