This privately owned Southwood Shores condo located within a few miles of shopping, golf, and great restaurants provides all the amenities needed to enable you to relax and enjoy your stay at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
The kitchen is equipped with a new refrigerator, stove/oven, dish washer and microwave. Small appliances include both a Keurig and regular coffee pot and toaster.
Walk out to the large deck equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill for an evening barbeque, morning coffee or just relax! Washer and dryer are included in the unit.
The living space includes a plenty of seating with reclining furniture. You can even enjoy a heated massage in the recliner. A 55-inch TV is provided with cable for your entertainment as well as free WiFi.
With its own sliding door opening to the large deck, the master bedroom includes a King bed. The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds. We also provide a new king-sized inflatable mattress in the event of additional guests. Flat screen TV’s are included in both bedrooms.
Included at no additional cost is a 10 X 24 boat slip. The site has a free boat ramp with trailer parking at a nearby marina (at your cost). There is even a fish cleaning station on site!
Amenities within Southwood Shores complex include the following: outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, lake swim area with swim dock, playground, tennis, basketball, and lake side boardwalk to enjoy a walk around the complex.
This is a smoke free unit. Pets will not be allowed.
Notes: Fireplace is decorative. Please do not use. Parking Passes will be available in the unit. Please display parking pass in your car to avoid your car being towed at your own expense.

My husband and I have lived at the Lake of the Ozarks for 30+ years. My husband is a PGA Golf Professional and I am a retired business teacher from School of the Osage. We raised both of our children here and have close ties to this community. As local residents, we are able to provide our guests with local knowledge of the lake area.
Our mission is to provide a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while you and your family visit the Lake of the Ozarks.
