Hay muchas cosas geniales para enumerar sobre el condominio. Primero, desplácese hacia abajo para ver las imágenes que valen más que mil palabras ... Tenga la seguridad de que su familia y amigos se alojarán en un condominio muy limpio y muy bien equipado con muchas comodidades fantásticas. La decoración y el mobiliario son muy agradables y cómodos. Te encantará sentarte en la cubierta que tiene una excelente vista de una de las piscinas complejas, el lago y el sereno parque estatal al otro lado del agua.

¡La cocina está totalmente equipada y la parrilla de gas está esperando su barbacoa! La espaciosa Master Suite tiene una cama king-size y baño privado con bañera / ducha. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cómoda litera doble sobre litera completa junto con otra cama individual, TV, VCR y reproductor de DVD.

Check-In 3PM, Check-Out 11AM a menos que se acuerde lo contrario.


BARCOS: Nuestro deslizamiento de 12 x 30 pies está cerca y disponible a pedido. Los resbalones más grandes están disponibles también. Had a great weekend stay with our college kids. Condo has easy access to major attractions on the water. This unit is tucked away just off the main channel which was nice. Great views from patio. Condo is spacious and served its purpose but needs a little TLC in our option. Couple maintenance items and better cleaning in certain areas would be nice prior to next guests arrival.

Good condo in a great location

The condo was very nice and clean. The only criticisms are the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable, the towel racks and toilets in the bathrooms were loosely mounted and the complex did not have elevators.

Great location and experience at Lake of the Ozarks

We really enjoyed our first stay at Lake of the Ozarks. We were looking for a quieter location for a family of four and this delivered. The pool was great, the docks were perfect, and the condo was in great condition. We will definitely stay again!

Nice clean room in a well maintained complex.

Condo is on a nice quiet cove on the lake. Easy drive to and from the complex. Close to the main road for dining and entertainment. Three pools are nice. Lots of good parking. We would definitely rent here again.

Great way point

Overall it was a great place to stop on our roadtrip. Had everything we needed, and enough beds for all of us. Checkin was smooth and Jason responded to me quickly. We did have an issue while we stayed and Jason worked on it as quickly as he could to fix it. If life ever brought us back to the area I would consider staying here again.

Condo was just as pictured, the pools were clean and the water was perfect temperature. The only complaint was the wifi was weak so kids were unable to hook up devices and watch Roku. Also master bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

Overall it was good. Not the cleanest. The shower curtain in the master should be changed, it was slimy. The only rug had a number of crumbs and popcorn kernels. There was an extension cord with bare wires exposed, not good for kids.

We have been coming to the Ozarks for over 25 years and have stayed at this complex multiple times, although not in this condo. Upon first impression the condo was very clean, but furniture and decor were outdated. The beds were not the most comfortable mattresses. On the second night of our three night stay we returned from a long day at the lake. Around 1145 pm my daughter smelled something burning in the bedroom while my son was in the shower. Upon investigation the thermostat on the water heater had caught on fire. My husband immediately grabbed the fire extinguisher and we called 911. The fire department quickly helped make sure the fire was extinguished, but we would not be able to stay in the unit due to the smell and lack of water. Jason the property manager was quickly responsive, luckily the owners had another condo available one level down for that night and the next. Needless to say our family was quite shaken; the condo we were moved to had the same lower quality water heater and was slightly more comfortable but still outdated. Although this may have been a freak occurrence I am hesitant to stay in this complex again; if all the owners have the same low quality heater I would be hesitant to stay. We saw the company replacing the water heater and spoke to them briefly; they were replacing the cheap one with a professional model so at least that was updated. I was glad the manager was responsive but if we were not awake at the time or if this happened to the other condo we may not have been so lucky.

Our guests' safety is of the utmost concern for both the condo owners and myself, the property manager. I managed this situation with every precaution necessary and re-accommodated these guests to another unit on our program. While I do understand the scare of the odor of the thermostat wiring shorting out, I do want to point out that there was never a fire and the breaker shut-off as designed. It was absolutely fine that the fire department was called - fortunately there was no fire to extinguish. They did their best to put our guests at ease and explained the protections built into water heaters and electrical panels. Parkview Bay was constructed in the late 90's into the early 2000's. The water heater that went bad was the original. The builder installed the same units throughout the complex. This one had served its time and went out. The breaker shut off as it should. While we replaced it with a high capacity commercial style unit, the residential types are really all a small 2 bedroom condo requires. We appreciate the review and understand the 1-star out of a scary situation, but I hope those who read this understand the situation wasn't as bad as this review was written.

Very nice condo, great location and amentities

We love this condo development -- best we have found on the lake. Nice and quiet, actually able to walk a bit (sidewalks) on nearby streets, nice pools and easily accessible restaurants and stores (5 min drive). This particular unit was clean, equipped and worked very well for our family. We'd definitely book here again.

There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
