A child's bedroom with 3 beds: bunk beds (90X 200) + 1 trundle bed (80x190).
Umbrella bed also available for babies, as well as a high chair, and a potty on request

A bathroom with shower, wc, sink.

A 30m2 terrace (including 10m2 covered): a table for lunch, 6 chairs, 4 deckchairs, garden furniture (2 benches, 2 armchairs and 1 coffee table, 1 gas barbecue and 2 clothes dryers (it's not sexy , but it's handy!! lol)

Sheets, bath and beach towels available on site.

We do not offer a cleaning option (too many bad surprises in the past, sorry), we ask tenants to leave the apartment as clean as they arrive. On the other hand, we take care of washing the sheets, the towels (beach and bath) as well as the toechons.
And we take care of the disinfection of the whole apartment between 2 tenants with an anti covid product.
