This Townhouse is located beach block in Gardner's Basin. You will have beautiful bay views you will also be in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the Atlantic City Aquarium , famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, charter fishing boats, parks, miniature golf and fishing areas. You will be a short ride to casinos, water park and convention center. You can park your car in the driveway and forget about driving for the remainder of your stay if you wish. This is the only vrbo rental I own and your happiness is my number one priority! :-)

Wonderful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood next to the aquarium and close to the beach. We walked to Back Bay Ale House for dinner and drinks, which was very convenient.The townhouse is very clean and spacious. We loved it! We will be back and highly recommend!

This is our second year staying here. It’s a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood close enough to a nice small beach. It’s perfect for a family with children of all ages.

Fabulous house in a great location

We rented this house for an extended holiday weekend trip to celebrate my 50th and my nephew’s 21st birthdays. The house easily accommodated my husband and I, along with 4 “children” (ages 17-24). The location was great! We could walk to the beach in 1-2 minutes. Everything you need for the beach is included with the house - a wagon, beach chairs, and more! There are 4 bicycles for your convenience, which my kids loved! The boardwalk begins a block away and the house is within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The host, Joe, is exceptionally communicative and makes sure you know he is available for anything you need. We had no issues with the house - it was just as listed. If you’re visiting Atlantic City, we highly recommend Joe’s beautiful beach home!!!!!!!

Very satisfied!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was perfect, only steps from the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and very well maintained. Our host was always in communication with us and there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great location and clean rental.

Location Location Location

My wife and I live in Arizona for half the year. So are two sons and their wives and their kids wanted to have a reunion at the shore. So we had six adults and two children aged 13 and four the layout of the house Was perfect for our needs. It’s such a short walk to the beach, and even the beginning of the Atlantic City Boardwalk is nearby We rode our bikes all the way down to the main boardwalk and it was so much fun

Beautiful home with water views

We loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and well equipped for our stay. I was so nice to not have to bring towels/linens or rent for our stay. Checkin and checkout were as simple as could be. Joseph communicated with us throughout our stay and was always prompt with responses.

Atlantic City Special

The family enjoyed this nice Gem of a home that was steps away from the beach. When you walk into the home, it’s obvious to see the owner (Joe) takes great pride in maintaining it. As a family, we appreciated all the beach supplies that were made available for us to use (coolers, chairs, corn hole game, bikes, etc.). Also, I appreciated that Joe texted me occasionally to answer questions and ensure we had what we needed. If we come back to Atlantic City, I’ll definitely plan our vacation around the availability of this special beach home! Thanks Joe!

Beautiful Weekend

Stayed in this townhouse with my friend, my daughter & her two friends for a girls weekend. We found the house to be very clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable as was the one roll away we used. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had two cars & easily found a spot out front for the 2nd car with no problem. The house is a short drive to all the AC casinos/boardwalk excitement, but with enough distance to have a more relaxed atmosphere. It was a very easy, quick walk to the beach at the end of the street. It’s a perfect little beach area, it didn’t get that crowded & the bathrooms & outdoor showers at the comfort station were a plus. We very much appreciated the beach cart, beach umbrella & extra beach chairs the owner provides. The check in/out process was seamless. Joe was very attentive & easy to contact for any questions. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again in the future.

Wonderful weekend at the beach!

Everything we needed for a wonderful family beach weekend was here. The beach was just a short walk away and the area was so nice. Just a 10 min drive to the rides on the boardwalk. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great place in a quiet area

I stayed here with my siblings (adults ages 23-40) for a family beach weekend and had a great time. The house was very clean and the host was attentive and communicative (thanks, Joe!). The neighborhood felt safe and was a pleasant, quiet area but a quick walk to the casinos, boardwalk, and beach. There’s a small beach area and park within a 5 min walk and the ocean side is a 20 min walk. For our group of 7, the house had plenty of space and was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of linens, towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. We had three cars and street parking was easy to find. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would book again!

Family Vacation

As first time AC vacationers, we couldn't have asked for a better host! Joe consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything to enjoy our stay. House had all needed accommodations and plenty of room for our family of six. Would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

In my opinion this is the nicest and safest neighborhood in Atlantic City. This property is steps from the surf and sand and steps to some of the best fishing in NJ, Atlantic City aquarium also A short ride to the casinos and convention center and water park.
