Come check out this awesome Atlantic City space with a classic flair, and unique in its own swag and design style! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is brand new, freshly designed and renovated, well equipped, refined and immaculate! The location is close to the Beach, Boardwalk and Casinos.
LIVING AREA:
-The unit has a spacious living area with a dining table, cozy living room setting, smart TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), and a shuffleboard table to provide hours of fun entertainment.
ARTIST FEATURE:
-Enjoy the striking and unique wall mural designed and hand painted by a local Atlantic City artist which features the ever classic icon, Frank Sinatra.
KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-The 2nd floor has 2 spacious and tasteful designed ensuite bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.
-Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes wall mounted smart TV’s (no cable, just streaming apps) and cozy bed linens.
BEDROOM 1: 1 King Sized bed, a small dresser, 2 roomy closets and a full bath with a tub.
BEDROOM 2: 2 Queen Sized beds, a desk, 2 roomy closets and a full bath with a stand-up shower.
BALCONY:
-The sliding glass door open to a spacious outdoor balcony with seating. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals.
LOCATION:
-The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort and Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic.
-Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds.
-Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access the entire 2 level unit and the outdoor balcony.
-There are exterior stairs to enter the unit, and a set of interior stairs in the unit to the 2nd floor bedrooms and the bathrooms.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is ONE designated parking space for guests to use.
-We will release more information regarding parking with your check-in message.
-Your car WILL be towed if it is not parked in the proper spot, so please be respectful of other's parking spaces.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for guest's vehicles.
-For any additional cars, we suggest utilizing self parking garage at Ocean Casino which is right across the street.
MAIL:
-We will not have access to the mailbox, so we advise to either not ship items there or to add "leave at door" to your delivery instructions.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
DISCLAIMER:
-The neighbor next door does smoke and there sometimes can be a traveling order of smoke.
-We do have a air purifier and air fresheners to help any unwanted scent.
-Those very sensitive to smells should take this into consideration.

While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.

We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much, that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from a far and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move to AC and start our business!
