The villa is located within an approximately 3.000 square meters and completely fenced property which offers varied outdoor possibilities leaving almost no wish unfulfilled:

ACCOMMODATION (4 bedrooms all with air conditioning):
The villa offers a comfortable furnished living area of about 160 square meters for eight people which is divided into two levels, a ground floor with an area of about 60 square meters and a first floor of about 100 sq. m..
Over the entrance door to reach a bright open space living room with large windows overlooking the surrounding garden and the pool. Here you will find a dining table, open fireplace, upholstered furniture and satellite TV. On the left hand side of the living room there is the kitchen with kitchenette with electrical oven, microwave, dish washer and a small storage room. Espresso machine (Classic Espresso Maker) available. Bathroom with bath WC / bidet. Washing machine.
A staircase leads to the first floor also with large windows which provide a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Here you will find the four bedrooms of the house and all offer air conditioning and TV: two bedrooms with double bed and balcony, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and balconies. From all of the balconies you can enjoy a beautiful view over the landscape and the pool. Bathroom with shower, WC / bidet. Wi-Fi.

EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION:
As mentioned above, the outdoor accommodations will meet almost any desire one can have in a Mediterranean holiday. From the living room you can reach the two opposing lying porches of the house and where the time can be enjoyed outdoors. The front porch of the house offers an outdoor sitting area with porch swing in order to spend comfortable hours outside. On the back porch it is possible to have fun, though also with a seating area but this time provided with a table soccer.
Directly in front of the living room window there is the large and beautiful private pool which can be easily arise only holiday pleasure. Separated by a hedge, near the pool, a small soccer field with lawn (40 m x 20 m) which surely will give you some unique family moments to be remembered.
Near the football field there is an orchard where guests, depending on the season, may taste typical Mediterranean fruits. Some tasteful dishes can be prepared using the barbecue area located in front of the entrance porch. The rest of the garden offers garden furniture for all those who just want to laze around during their vacation.
On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to mid season. Parking inside the fully fenced property. Car use necessary.
