The property was in great proximity to the beach and further more to the "sidewalk" they have created to walk out to the beach. Checking in was thorough and easy. The place was surface clean but did have some trash behind and on the sides of the beds. Linens are provided but you make the beds yourself upon arriving. The front porch is great for relaxing in the evening, just hot in the morning sun. The living room furniture has seen better days as you sink in but there are many dining room chairs if needing something harder to sit on. Hose access out back was excellent after coming off the beach. Tub is very high with no support railing or handle so if mobility is hard for you this may be an issue. Plenty of dishes and silverware, a few plastic plates for kids but no plastic cups or child utensils so pack some if you need. Amazing selection of beach items to borrow out back, including a beach cart! Overall was a good stay and would return again.

We stayed at Villa Di Viggiano for two nights as an end-of-summer trip. It was a great home—immaculately clean, comfortable for five people and one infant, and a block away from the Boardwalk. We won't hesitate to book again!

Cozy beach house in a prime spot

The location was perfect. 5 min from Duffers, 5 min from the boardwalk. Perfect size for a family of 4 ( 2 kids under 7 ). Would definitely rent this property again.

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
