Very enjoyable stay!

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. There was a great bakery very close as well as a supermarket. Metro was two blocks away. I would have liked some better restaurants nearby but with a short metro ride on any direction there are many!

Very good apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and we have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. The rooms are large and clean. The bathroom is very modern and equipped, the shower is quite large. We also really liked the furniture and the pictures on the walls. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need for cooking. The location is very good, you can get to the city center in less than half an hour as it is very close to the 2 main metro lines. The photos on Vrbo reflect reality.

Good but not quite as advertised

The location was decent, the property was secure and the building was clean. The apartment itself was not quite as advertised - the "3 bedrooms" were really 2 bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. More disappointingly, the pictures in the listing don't show the peeling paint and plaster in the kitchen and bathroom, and the mold spots on the bathroom ceiling from lack of adequate moisture ventilation. A few of the lightbulbs throughout the apartment don't work, and the inside of the washing machine door was covered in mold, so we couldn't use that machine without making our clothes moldy. Fortunately, there is a good laundromat a couple blocks away. Lastly, the apartment wasn't ready when we showed up for checkin, despite us communicating that we would be there at the front of the checkin window - the cleaner was still there, so we had to wait outside of the building for about 15 minutes while we waited to be able to access the building (the cleaner had the keys we were supposed to use). All in all it was OK, but underwhelming for the cost and for what we expected from the listing.

Great location, close to shops and the train station. A quiet little apartment that was comfortable for 6 adults to use a a base to explore Paris. A bit more information regarding exiting the gate to the street would have prevented a visit from an upset neighbour and a note being left, in English, especially for us. Having laundry facilities and fast wifi was appreciated.

Séjour très agréable

Propreté impeccable, literie de qualité, immeuble calme ! Attention à l’entrée du parking qui fait 2m de large. La cuisine est très bien mais ça manquait d’ustensiles…rien d’assez grand pour cuire des pâtes pour 3 personnes Cependant à recommander sans hésitation !
