Celebrate sunset every night at Sharky's (just across the street), or kick back and relax in front of the glowing fireplace and watch the NIGHT PUT ON A SPARKLE SHOW FOR FREE! For you young people, that is a line from the Drifter's hit, 'Up on the Roof', and I think of the song every time I enjoy the night view!

The sunset ocean view is unbelievable!
Be sure to go to the 15th floor observation deck for a knockout view of the sun melting softly into the Gulf of Mexico!

After sunset (Can't miss sunset!) take a walk to Pier Park and enjoy the music and festivities going on. Oh, did I mention SHOPPING! Bargain hunting at all the mall stores, specialty shops, and boutiques in Pier Park will keep you busy for days!

We fell in love with CRABBY'S the moment we saw the amazing ocean and sunset views along Gulf of Mexico shoreline.
Keep your camera ready, because one sunset is more beautiful than the next. Bring your binoculars because Crabby's overlooks a nature view to the right of the balcony where wildlife abounds!

This is not your ordinary studio condo.

NO-NO's
- No parties! We love hosting responsible Spring Breakers, but we do not rent to students without parents or legal guardians present. The responsible party must be at least 21 years of age, and must be staying on the property.
- No pets allowed. (Grandkids are allergic!)
- No smoking, vapor products, or e-cigarettes are allowed in our condo or on our balconies. Crabby's Sunset is smoke-free.

BEACH ACCESS:
Take the speedy elevator to the first floor lobby, cross at the crosswalk (CARS WILL STOP FOR YOU!), and enter the PRIVATE 'TOWNE OF SEAHAVEN' BEACH ACCESS.
Leave your flip flops on the boardwalk, by the bench/shower, then SQUISH your toes in the WORLD FAMOUS SUGAR WHITE SAND of Panama City Beach. Set up your beach chairs at the waters edge, and RELAX in the land of AHHHHH's!
If you get hungry, Sharky's is right there, awaiting your order.

Owner's note: WE never thought we would be happy staying ANYWHERE that was not at the water's edge on the beach. That was before we experienced ORIGIN! Before purchasing, we explored many resorts along the beach, but nothing compared with the amenities (We got spoiled!) that Origin has to offer, at a fraction of the cost of the others.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SACRIFICE QUALITY FOR AN AFFORDABLE VACATION! ORIGIN OFFERS LUXURY!
As you lounge at the Grand Pool Terrace soaking up the rays, you will have the sensation of being pampered like ROYALTY!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR GUESTS DURING SPRING BREAK:
Our condo has a sleeping allowance of 4. Guests will be issued wrist bands which allow for the (up to) 4 guests staying in our condo ONLY. No additional visitors are allowed on the premises during Spring Break. You must be at least 21 years of age to book, and the individual who books the reservation MUST stay here for the entire duration of the rental period. All college age guests must have valid ID's of which will be copied for resort requirements. CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS POLICY. Thank you!
