Located 100 meters from the Vercorin ski lifts, this chalet offers you a prime location in the heart of all the activities offered by the resort in summer and winter and in the immediate vicinity of all the shops.

Sheltered from the road, this typical chalet offers you a magnificent fully equipped kitchen open to the living room which itself gives access to a terrace on the garden perfect for sharing unique moments with family or friends.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, each opening onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the resort.

A large bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet complete the interior.

In the basement you can store your skis in winter, your bikes in summer or any other equipment in the utility room.

You can also park your vehicle in no difficulty.
