Aesthetics for all senses

The situation of the appartement was great, peaceful and enjoyable; Viale Pasatea is ideal to reach everything at Positano by walking, bus, taxi and by ferry. The surroundings of the house is beautiful and the terrace is perfect place to sit down around the table with a cup of coffee or glass of local wine and just admire the opening landscape - incredible organic way of building - in the mornings and evenings. The smal shop near the house offered the food what was necessary for own cooking.

We will not stay again

This house has a great location once we found it. Our flight arrived late so it was dark when we got there and we searched for the property for 20 minutes. It said name was Elegant Terrace but not what the sign said. We had to have an Italian neighbor call the number we were given because they would not answer a US number. The house didn’t have AC and it was miserable how hot we were. The terrace was our only relief. There were ants everywhere and we had to keep all food and bread in microwave and refrigerator. They were also all over the bathrooms. We would not pick this property again.

Great location, however…

This property is a great location central to everything without too many steps in Positano. There are steps to get in but not difficult. Check in was easy and there was great communication. The however is because there are no soaps except for dish soap. No kitchen towels except for 1 disposable ones. No beach towels. The place was shut tight when we arrived. Dark and covers over the furniture. The outdoor patio furniture was broken and not usable. So, even though there were things I was unhappy about, the communication, check in and location were all good.

Intorno alla terrazza

Appena al di sopra del centro città fuori dalla confusione e dai rumori eppure a pochi passi da tutti i servizi immerso nel verde e nella frescura, questo appartamento ha soddisfatto tt le nostre esigenze. Soprattutto l ampio e spazioso terrazzo che costituisce un valore aggiunto agli ambienti interni dotati di ogni comfort. Può ospitare comodamente 6 persone.

Great view but minor issues

Loved the views and the space was nice. but we had a issues with ants. Even with no food in the house, we had ants in the bathrooms and master bedroom. We finally found spray after three days and were able to get rid of them. Also, this apartment has 77 steps leading up to it. My husband has a problem going up and down stairs so it was difficult for him, but overall we were happy and loves Positano.

Incredible place with easy walking access to the main part of town

We loved it! You need to book this place if you’re considering. Four Americans visiting for the first time and we enjoyed every bit of our stay! Great walking distance to the center of town with incredible restaurants, shopping, and site-seeing just down, or up, the road. We liked that it wasn't right in the center of town because it forced us to explore the higher parts of Positano. Walking to the center took 15 mins but the best part is visiting all the shops and cafes along the way. The apartment was very clean, prepared nicely for the four of us, with plenty of amenities that will get you thru your vacation. It had a big bathroom for all to share. The master also has a half bath in the room as well. The patio is the best part. Easy relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the town. Instructions from Margherita were simple and she was very responsive with our questions. I would say within the hour she got back to us. Great service from her and her team! Be ready to walk some stairs! Positano is no joke about that but the stairs lead to incredible views so it’s worth it. Overall, we would ABSOLUTELY stay at this place again because it gave us the feeling of being a local. Thank you to Margherita!

Horrible

This place is horrible. The ONLY thing good was the location because it was central to everything. We only recieved one key for the place with 4 people staying here. The towels and linens didn’t arrive until 4 hours after we got to the place. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days and 4 people. We are all COVERED in bug bites that only appeared when we woke up. The fees and everything after we checked out are insane as well. Would have been nice to know before booking. Our place in rome was so much better so this was a disappointing leg of our trip. I would not recommend this place whatsoever it is an absolute ripoff.
