The upstairs features 2 brand new bedrooms and a new full bath. The exterior features include a deck overlooking the lagoon, BBQ (available for use) and a spacious backyard area for gatherings. New safety rail and gate installed by owners for waterfront protection for the little ones. Bring your water sport toys and enjoy this beautiful home in Beach Haven West. Just a short drive to Long Beach Island, and close to the ever expanding town of Manahawkin. Pets can be approved on a case by case basis. This is a smoke free property inside.
