Excellent property!

Cute cabin. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed. Located in a quiet area. Just what we were looking for. We decided not to use the grill since a small bear hung out about 15 feet from the porch pretty regularly. We didn’t bother it and it stayed away from us. We would definitely stay here again.

The toilet needs attention as it is very loose and the timer for the fireplace doesn't count down to turn it off. The stay was quiet and provided the essentials

Great Cabin

Was a wonderful experience and the cabin was perfect. This cabin was very welcoming for my girlfriend and I. It was very convenient and not too far from the main attractions. Everything was clean and organized. We had a great time.

Enjoyable stay with the hot tub and fireplace. Close to other cabins but back porch with the hot tub was private. Not a lot of room to park, but with 1 car it was perfect.

Weekend Paradise

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! So clean. It’s located near more cabins but is surrounded by trees, giving us plenty of privacy. It was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. So relaxing. The views are gorgeous. I would absolutely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave

A perfect getaway!!

I booked this for my son's birthday/Christmas present because he has never stayed in a cabin before and he absolutely loved it! The area was perfect for doing other adventures! He said it was a little piece of heaven and would like to come in the spring now. He will definately come back. Thank you.

Nice place. Has nice layout. Was not difficult to find or get too. Drive way is a little difficult if you have a larger vehicle. I was over all happy with the place. There are things that need improvement. I would recommend this to others to stay in.

Best place I've stayed in a while

Although some of the appliances are dated, the customer service is on top of things, should anything break. We had the AC go out and only noticed once we got back from a long day. I called the number provided, and they had someone come by and replace the thermostat while we were out the next day. Very quick and efficient service! Also the place was just lovely. The location was great. There was Netflix on the TV. The bed was super soft. My husband loved the tub, and the jacuzzi was amazing. Just an all around great place to come back to after a full day of touristing.

Horrible smell when we walked in. Floors were very dirty. Ants in the kitchen. spider webs in corners. Bathroom faucet leaked. Quite honestly it ruined my trip. My wife commented / complained about the smell and the ants every time we came in, so that shot the trip for me.

Cute and cozy, and yes, it's up the mountain!

Very nice little cabin. When you're relaxing in the hot tub you'll forget there are other cabins around! Very close to downtown, and even better Very close to multiple trolley stops! The cabin is situated pretty high up on the mountain and last few roads were very steep; glad we arrived while it was still day light out. Be prepared for steep hills! Pros: Cute, cozy, clean. Semi-private Hosts were very nice, we knew we could call if we had any issues Bed is comfortable Cute welcome bag with the basics & few extras Nice relaxing romantic get away! Cons: Steep hills and narrow roads , bigger cars may have issues Shower curtain needs to be longer Curtain on the front door for more privacy would be nice Some basic kitchen spices would have been nice Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend to my friends!

Cozy and Hidden Away

Pros: Overall cozy place to stay and very private. It was clean for the most part. Convenient location not far from downtown Gatlinburg and grocery store. Cons: Communication with property manager. Was told the situation would get fixed and didn't get a response or someone out to the cabin to fix some issues. Needed a new front screen on the door for front deck (there wasn't one). Had issues with the shower curtain rod which was too short but finally fixed it on the last night. Hot tub has a leak and it wasn't chlorinated enough (the water smelled bad). Other than that it was a great stay.

Rundown and dirty

Disgusting. Left multiple items from previous renter in house, dust bunnies the size of actual bunnies, rainfall shower head was so caked with black funk water wouldn’t come out of 90% of the holes, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor so everytime you sat down it would try to dump you in the floor the ac was frozen so we had to leave it off the first day the advertised ciew wasn’t a view since all the trees had grown up and now the only view was directly into the neighbors window and no curtain only curtain rods on the front door so neighbors have direct view into the living room absolutely terrible

Needs TLC and cleaning maintenance

This is truly the first time I’ve delt with this, while on vacation in Gatlinburg. The outside needs to be better taken care of. I understand it’s the woods and outdoors, but there should have been someway for us to rid our area of the barn spiders that surrounded the outside of the cabin. We couldn’t even sit outside and enjoy the scenery because there were spiders everywhere. It looked like no one had moved or touched the furniture sitting outside of the cabin in years. Our bedroom sheets and covers also smelled of mildew. Like they were left in the washer for a couple of days and forgot about. There was also cobwebs inside of the cabin, and in the shower which was slightly concerning being that there were already so many spiders around. It was hard trying to convince my city partner to enjoy the cabin, but this truly ruined the experience. We’ll be in hotel rooms from now on now unfortunately.

Beautiful Place bummer hot tub

This place was absolutely lovely with the exception of the hot tub. When we first checked in the hot tub was cold, so we set it to the desired temp and it took several hours to get to that temp. Once we finally got in the next day the hot tub filter was gross. Bug legs, hair, scum and worse yet there were dead ticks floating in the water! Took until 1:30 the next day before maintenance was available to clean it. It got cold after due to the cleaning process. Even after 8 hours it was still not hot. I hope they make sure the next guest does not have issues like this. Other than that everything was clean and fresh! We loved the place and we would even like to come again! My only suggestion to property management is a curtain on the front door and some hot tub maintenance lol. I would definitely recommend this place tho its cute and a perfect gateway.
