Lieu exceptionnel pour des vacances grande famille (16 personnes)

Nous avons été heureux de profiter de cette villa paradis très bien équipée pour une réunion parents enfants et petits-enfants exceptionnelle. Vaste piscine, billard, babyfoot etc pour l'activité hors plage de tous.petit bémol, la literie et la douche sdans le bungalow

Innoubliable

Villa qui porte bien son nom "PARADISIAQUE", tout est parfait, très propre, cuisine parfaite avec tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir tout cuisiné, tout est bien pensé pour 22 personnes. Pleins de petits coin sympa dans la villa pour se détendre et passer de bon moment en famille ou amis. Je recommande cette villa. Situé à deux pas de St Anne, ville très sympa. Propriétaire toujours disponible pour toutes questions.

Villa vraiment paradisiaque !

Nous y avons séjourné en famille avec 6 couples et 8 enfants et nous nous y sommes sentis totalement à l’aise sans être gênés. La villa est très bien équipée et le jardin est magnifique !

Extérieur top

Beau jardin avec grande piscine.cuisine et salon extérieur très agréables. Bien située ,bourg de Sainte Anne mais un peu à l'écart. État des chambres et salle de bain moyen,certaines sont viellissantes+ des matelas fins. Belles vacances en famille avec 3 générations

Aivan ihana paikka. Meitä oli huvilalla 18 henkilöä, olimme ensin purjehtimassa kahdella katamaraanilla. Djena on todella kiva ja auttavainen, hän otti meidät upeasti vastaan huvilalla esitellen sen meille. Hän toimitti tai toteutti pienimmätkin toiveemme, toi lisää tyynyjä pyyhkeitä yms. Aivan ihana yhteyshenkilö, apu aina soiton päässä. Hän puhui hyvää englantia. Itse huvila oli todella toimlva, hyvät huoneet ja sängyt. Tilaa kaikille hyvin, kaikki mahduttiin samaan aamiaispöytään. Uima-allas ja pore-allas kruunasivat kaiken. Suosittelemme paikkaa, oli tosi toimiva. Terveisin Olli Pulli

Very nice And spacious villa with beautiful pool in St-Anne

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa. Very Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi (unfortunately temp limited to 36degrees). And other outside accomodation. Very well furnitured kitchen (outside). Nice air-conditionned rooms. Some mattresses were of poor quality and should be renewed. Overall: we Can certainly recommend this villa in sainte Anne and if we would go back to Martinique in group, we would certainly consider going back to this place!

Sad to leave!

Our group of 7 adults and 5 teenagers were very happy and comfortable here - it's essentially a small compound. The original house has 4 bedrooms, an indoor air conditioned living room and small dinette, with a small kitchen that we never used. It also has a nice porch with table and chairs, made private by lots of greenery. The outdoor living room and outdoor kitchen area were central to all the "action" for us - adjoining them were two sleeping buildings - One was two bedrooms - with two single beds in one room, and a double and two singles in the other, with a bathroom connecting them. The other small building is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom - accessed through the large outdoor kitchen, where everyone congregated. On the other side of the pool is a small bungalow with a queen room, a double room, a bathroom and a little patio. Good for those who want a little privacy from the group. At various times, members of our group would be scattered around the property - maybe in the hot tub or the (perfect temperature) pool, maybe playing darts, ping pong or pool, or working on college essays in the outdoor living room, where the (very slow) wifi can reach. ;) There is a small pool hut with a toilet and storage - a boogie board, snorkels & fins, beach toys, pool noodles and an inflatable pool inner-tube - we contributed a few snorkels and masks to the collection. Cute little frogs, lizards, birds and HUGE snails are everywhere, and occasionally a cat wanders thru. Djena was in great contact with us before and during our visit, and was a genuine pleasure to work with. She speaks great English, by the way. :) It's an easy 5-10 minute walk down the hill into town (shops, bakery, restaurants), and a few mins further to the closest beach - although we chose to drive the 15 mins to Salines beach, and another day, drove an hour to Anse Noir instead. Check reviews on restaurants - quality varies greatly. We enjoyed the quick and extremely friendly service at Snack Boubou near the ancient church, a five min walk from home. The teens loved the steak and frites. Rendezvous and Dunette (which had music and dancing on the weekend - fun!) were not so great - both had overcooked food, and we waited two hours for our food at Dunette. But reviews of these places indicated that - we should have read ahead. English is not widely spoken, but most locals were so friendly that everyone in our group managed, even one whose only French word was "fromage" :)

Super villa

Nous étions 20 adultes et avons passé 2 semaines de rêve dans cette villa. Piscine, jacuzzi, billard, babyfoot, etc.. rien ne manque. Le propriétaire était toujours à notre écoute. Proche des commerces et de la plage, ce qui ne gâche rien. Nous la conseillons sans problème.

superbe séjour

Fantastique

Ma copine et moi avons pris cette villa apres notre dure saison sur saint martin et nous avons pu réellement prendre conscience du sens vacances au paradis. Le cadre est somptueux, l'acceuil chaleureux et la villa d'une propreté irréprochable. Ce havre de paix a 2 mn du bourg de saint anne Nous a charmé , nous le recommandons a tous

Cadre époustouflant

Nous avons choisi cette villa pour fêter nos 40 ans de mariage. Cadre époustouflant, installations très complètes dans une végétation luxuriante ou chacun peut trouver son intimité et profiter des multiples loisirs offerts. Un propriétaire toujours dispo pour pallier à nos méconnaissances des différents matériels proposés. Bref un dépaysement unique entre amis et en famille. Une réussite totale.

TES BON SEJOUR

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances entre amis. La villa est très bien située, proche des commerces et du marché. Nous avons apprécié la piscine ainsi que le billard, la baby-foot et les fléchettes. Nous reviendrons.
