This recently renovated 2 level condo with 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (1,396 sq feet) is located at the Evergreen Lodge at Vail. Main bedrooms, both located on the upper floor, feature king beds. On the lover level, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the large living room with 2 queen size sleeper sofas and balcony access. Maximum unit occupancy up to 6 persons.

After a long day on the slopes, we’re sure that you will find comfort with us. Recent improvements add modern convenience, while maintaining old school charm. The Evergreen Lodge at Vail is the perfect mix of value, warm & friendly service and walk-to-everywhere location.

Quick getaway

This is a very clean, price-performing unit. We knew what to expect and appreciated the competitive pricing. Underground parking was a big plus. Location next to hospital proved useful.

The condo was great—very clean and comfortable. The resort staff was accommodating and responsive whenever we needed anything, including several fans since it was unusually hot during our stay. Just a heads-up, there’s no air conditioning in this unit or in most places throughout Vail, so if you’re visiting during warmer months, be prepared for that. The fans definitely helped! Other than that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay again ourselves. Our whole family was comfortable and really enjoyed the village and everything Vail has to offer.

Great place overall

Unit itself was great. Like others have mentioned, only one elevator is working but the staff are incredibly friendly at Evergreen and the location between Lionshead and Vail Village is really great. Would likely stay again!

Very spacious updated condo in the Evergreen Lodge… both bedrooms upstairs have king beds and en suite bathrooms perfect for two couples… we will be back!

Warning! Warning! There is no AC in the unit. If you rent during the summer be ware, the bedrooms are hot and there are no windows to open to cool down before bed. The front door handle fell off during our stay. The water in the shower was 5 inches deep while trying to shower. The dishwasher fell out when we opened it. Half of the tv channels didn’t work. The elevator was broken so there was only 1 and it took forever.

Review

Location was great, but there were a a few things wrong with the place-hot water was almost non existent, bedrooms were warm at night due to lack of AC (usually not needed in Colorado, obviously) but neither bedroom has a window so you can’t let cool air in at night. Overall I give it a B although for the location and price, it was generally fine.

Pics look pretty, but this place needs work

So the fireplace doesn't work... I called maintenance and they fixed it, but it broke again, and then just made the place smell like gas. This is a problem because the heat downstairs doesn't work very well, so my kids were cold all night long. In addition, the faucet in the sink and the showerhead in the master bath are broken. I wouldn't mind taking a bath, but there were handfuls of hair in the tub when we got there. So I just used another one, but... Also, you are a solid ten minute walk form Lionshead.

Hi Amelia, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the fireplace malfunctioned during your stay. We took proper steps to fix the issue. Seems that due to very cold weather , wave of cold air entering through the shaft kept turning the pilot off . We also checked on the master bedroom faucet and showerhead. It's all working properly now. This unit was completely remodeled few months ago, so all appliances in the unit are brand new. They just needed to be adjusted. Once again, thank you for pointing out the issues and we hope to host you next time!
