About this property

Villa with stunning views over the bay of Rosas and the Pyrenees.

This magnificent villa will leave you with unforgettable memories with a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the bay of Rosas.

Located in the Montgo area, this house has large spaces and lots of light.

We provide one towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.

Upstairs is the kitchen very well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils. A French window opens onto a terrace with a table and a barbecue.
Also on the same level a large living room dining room very bright with TV and unlimited and free WIFI.
Two French windows allow access to a large terrace with stunning views.

On the lower level, 3 double bedrooms, one with bathroom and wc.
On the same floor is a bathroom with shower.

Outside, a swimming pool with a contour arranged to put deckchairs.

Parking can be done on the property.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages etc...).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any problems.

Lovely location with a beautiful view to wake up to. Kids loved the pool. William was really easy to deal with and gave us a helpful map of the town and recommendations for eating. Had a very relaxing week!

Belle maison avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et la baie. La piscine est également super. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette grande villa confortable.
