Stunning Getaway

A very impressive contemporary villa with everything you could need. The pool and verandah areas are laid out beautifully and the view is simply breathtaking. The owner responded quickly for any minor queries. The only downsides were that there were lots of mosquitoes so take deet if you tend to get bitten and the walk to the nearest shop is not easy at all so a car is essential.

An amazing house

We spent one week in Casa Tanguy, a very comfortable and beautiful place in Begur, close to everywhere but in a quiet location with amazing views and silence. The owner is a fantastic hostess, easy to contact with and very kind. I do recommend such a wonderful place! Thanks Emma!

Great experience

Great house, on an ever better location. Everything you want for a great holiday is availible. It is a great house, evry spacious with 4 bedrooms. A nice private invinity pool and very big terasses with perfect ocean-view this was not our first visit to this house and it will not be the last!!

Delightful villa with excellent amenities

We had a great two week stay at Casa Tanguy. It was so lovely to arrive and find a very clean kitchen, with all the utensils and condiments ready. Also great to have comfortable beds and sun loungers which we haven't always found elsewhere. The villa has lovely views with both shade and sun and communication with the owners has been very easy. We re-booked within days of being there and are looking forward to next year's stay.

A marvelous stay

We had a fantastic stay at this villa near Begur. The welcome was smooth and efficient and found the house in an exceptionally well taken care of state. The house felt warm and we felt at home very soon. The view is just magnificent and wat hing this view from inside your infinity pool makes this an even better experience. This is just one of the best houses we have rented.

We had a great week in this lovely house. The main rooms are beautiful with great views, the pool area and upstairs terrace are similarly brilliant. The beds are comfortable, the AC works well and the kitchen is well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend this place. No problems at all. Comms with the owner were easy and quick. Only works for people who can use stairs to enter and exit the house and a car is essential.

Impressive view

This is a gorgeous house, with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The house has air conditioning, is well appointed, and very comfortable. As there are many stairs, it may not be best for the oldest or youngest people. There is a beautiful steep hike to the nearby beach.

Great casa and sea view

Beautiful house. As 2 families we had everything we nedded, starting with very useful details on the house, equipment and surrounding provided by the owners - up to nicely decorated, spacious rooms. End of March the weather was still fresh, but the great sea view was also available from inside! Very nice area with Begur, Pals, Pallafrugal, etc. Owners very helpful in case of questions.

Wonderful stay with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay at this nicely located Begur house. The location is very convenient, the house is easily distributed and the kitchen is practical. The infinity pool and the view is top. We had a problem with a sliding door during our occupancy, it took some time to solve it and it caused some work/dust while we are there; but eventually it has been resolved and the communication with the admin and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we would like to come back for another holiday soon.

Costa Brava Experirnce

Our goal was to tour much of Costa Brava and this location was definitely the best! The views from the property are just as pictured - incredible. My only warnings for those not familiar with the area - lots of steep roads and hairpin turns so be prepared. Once at the property - lots of steps if heavy suitcases but once in couldn’t ask for better view. A little confusion n our part relative to trash etc but owner responded quickly so no problem there.

Really nice property with great outdoor space

Perfect Villa for 7 of us. Plenty of sunloungers and a lovely second terrace on a higher level. The Villa was spotlessly clean. Small couple of negatives, zero storage in any of the bedrooms so all clothes had to stay in the suitcase/on the floor. Loads of lovely glass sliding doors but no markings on any of them so nearly came a cropper a few times!

Quality preparation for Ironman Barcelona

12 months of preparation call for 1 week of relative relaxation before the big race. This house has everything you could possibly wish for. Great architectural design, fantastic interior design strongly supported by beautiful and stunning views on the Mediterranean sea! Even from your own infinity pool! A team of people that are available at your disposal to make your stay even more enjoyable. Steep roads around require a car to get around but that’s a small price to pay for the unique location you get!

Fantastic view

The house is beautiful with lovely views of the ocean. The photos were accurate. It had an extremely well appointed kitchen. The host was very responsive to issues that arose. We had a variety of guests and they all were very complimentary about the house. There is a steep path that is approximately 15 minute walk to the closest beach (Sa Tuna), which is a lovely spot. The house has lots of stairs so not appropriate for people with mobility concerns. If you were planning on cycling from the house, be aware it is on a steep hill (15 degrees on one part). Overall we would highly recommend the house, it a beautiful part of the world with many place to explore within an hours drive.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est très belle, bien agencée et complètement équipée.Les espaces de vie sont bien pensés, la cuisine est pratique et possède tout le nécessaire pour préparer de bons plats.La vue est à couper le souffle, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement du soleil sur les 2 terrasses.La literie dans les chambres est très confortable, nous avons bien dormi.Avec les quelques gouttes de pluie, les jeux de société étaient très appréciés.Il y a de beaux sentiers à proximité de la villa, qui nous permettent de longer le littoral et profiter de la côte.Nous avons adoré la luminosité de cette maison, merci à vous.

Super accueil , depuis qu'on était encore sur l'autoroute jusque devant la porte... et dans la cuisine nous attendait l'apéro de bienvenue . Maison très bien entretenue et bien équipé, top pour les amateurs de cuisine. Endroit calme, pas de bruit la nuit et piscine de rêve pour contempler la mer. Beaucoup de consignes pour les restaurants et les excursions, mais difficile de choisir entre partir ou rester pour le dolce far niente dans cette villa!

Was ganz besonderes

Besser hätte es nicht sein können. Angefangen mit der guten reibungslosen Kommunikation, Übergabe der Schlüssel und Problemlösungen am Haus durch dortiges Personal. Die Lage und Aussicht am Hang ist traumhaft, das Haus ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist der Kracher und das Highlight. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und nur weiter zu empfehlen. Natürlich ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug notwendig um alles schöne im Umfeld zu besuchen da die Stadt Begur auch etwas entfernt ist aber dafür ist dort die Ruhe pur.
