Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, 2 couches, 2 comfy armchairs, and a flat screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with 2 stainless-steel refrigerators, stove, microwave, and 2 dishwashers plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 3 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 20 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There are 2 large tables with bench seating for 20. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 3 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Drive in head-to-head competition in a dual Fast & Furious Drift. Get in a 4 player tournament of golf on the Golden Tee, step up to the multi-cade pub table to take a step back in time and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. Ever played digital pinball? You're in for a treat!
Upstairs, get in a game pool while taking in the gorgeous views from the loft high windows.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 5 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV and balcony entrance. Choose from 5 King Beds, or queen over queen bunk beds in the game room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

Location: Approx 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg; 7 miles to Pigeon Forge; 2.7 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park

Views were amazing. Hot tub and fire pit were the perfect touch to enjoying the outdoors. Weather was a bit colder than i would prefer but all and all my kids enjoyed the time together and also having their own space. One of the best vacations as far as location and house amenities.

The place is very accommodating.The view is very very nice.Location is very convenient.Host was excellent. Had issue with hot tub and resolved within 24hrs.There is section of deck off main room that needs some maintenance and attention.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cabin in the Smokies near the Rocky Top Sports Complex! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the space, the comfort, and the breathtaking mountain views. We were able to decorate and celebrate a 41st birthday!The cabin had incredible sleeping options with plenty of comfortable beds, making it perfect for families or large groups. Everyone had their own space, yet there were still great areas for gathering together. The amount of room in the cabin was impressive — it never felt crowded even with a full group.The views were simply stunning. Sitting on the deck and looking out over the Smoky Mountains was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the sports complex.The location is also a huge plus — just a short drive to Rocky Top Sports Complex, which made traveling back and forth for games incredibly easy.This cabin truly had everything we needed and more. If you’re traveling to the area for sports tournaments, a family vacation, or just a mountain getaway, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property overall is quite good. Fantastic views are the highlight. Amenities are lacking. For such a large property the stove is bottom of the line and does not accommodate cooking for as many as can sleep here. The hot tub is advertised as the highlight and would be the most useful extra amenity for our family as we hike daily. It is very disappointing. Many broken/dysfunctional jets. Shell is falling apart. Pumps are underpowered (2 speed pump 1, 1 speed pump 2). Bubbler doesn’t work. Valving is broken. Headrests are missing. Some jets aren’t even present. There is not a single seat (I tried every spot) where you can get a decent forceful treatment. A trickle from some including both loungers. I have a hot tub at home, and the Gecko touch pad is the same interface. This is not user error. At this point it simply needs to be replaced and should not be the featured focus of BnB website advertising. There is very little chance the management company doesn’t know this is a problem. For 6500 for the week, we expected a bit better. Been renting cabins in the Smokies for 20 years. Never ran into this great of a mismatch between actual and advertised for that particular amenity. Other small maintenance stuff like bathtub caulking and wax ring in one of the upstairs toilets are minor issues with quick fixes.If fixed, this place would be a true 5 star.

Thank you for recognizing the fantastic views and the overall quality of the property. We’re pleased you felt the cabin had the potential to be a true five-star stay although we feel the 3 star rating was not earned. The swim spa is just one of the featured amenities given the fantastic arcade and the fire pit overlooking that phenominal view. With that said a swim spa is not a traditional therapeutic hot tub. Swim spas are designed differently, with a larger body of water and jets intended primarily for water movement, swimming resistance, and general relaxation. They do not typically provide the same concentrated jet pressure or deep-tissue experience as a smaller, purpose-built hot tub. We did not receive any calls, messages, or maintenance requests during your week-long stay. Had we known about the missing or malfunctioning components, toilet concern, or caulking, our team would have gladly inspected them and addressed anything requiring attention. It is difficult for management to correct concerns we are not made aware of until after departure. We appreciate the feedback regarding the stove and will also have the swim spa thoroughly evaluated. We’re glad the beautiful views and property itself were highlights of your visit, though we wish we had been given the opportunity to assist while you were actually there.

We planned this trip with our daughter, son in law, and their 3 children, ages 16 months, 4yrs, and 6yrs old and chose this huge house with incredible amenities like the kids game/video room which was an instant hit. The boys spent lots of time on the race simulators. We were able to spread out and enjoy the spectacular view mornings and evenings. The location is perfect for easy access to both the Gatlinburg strip and Pigeon Forge in just minutes. The kitchen is well supplied and the furniture very comfortable. The only difficulty we had was with the deck door off the kitchen locking us out due to the outside handle not fully disengaging the latch. As other reviews noted, the deck needs more repair out the main door. We found carpenter bee saw dust everywhere which is understandable on a cabin. When we arrived, there were no trash bags in the kitchen cans so we called but they didn't arrive until the next morning. I also reported that the main floor master bath toilet seat was very loose and was promised a repair the next morning but no one ever showed up all week. The last concern was with the cleanliness of the floors. Our grand-kids all had dirty feed from walking around as did out baby grandaughter from crawling. Its a huge floor and may not have been mopped well. Other than that, we enjoyed the property very much! I would have shared this privately if i could have found an email to the owner.
