Great trip

We were there for a baseball tournament, and the stay was perfect for my family. The property was well taken care of and a safe place to stay.

Just what we were looking for

Great little cabin for our weekend stay. Clean, cozy and well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The two king size beds were a plus. Will try to stay again in the future

Weekend getaway

The house was awesome, loved the location and neighborhood. The only problem was, I got this exact cabin because of the hot tub. However, the hot tub was so dirty that we could not get in. The kids were bummed so I started running water for the jacuzzi tub and ran out of hot water before it was even a 1/8th of an inch full.

Very clean Could see Dollywood fireworks at night from back porch and hear teain whistle!

Close to everything Didn't see any wildlife,a real busy time (traffic and people) pool was good. HOT TUB was Great. Only complaint. No Wash Rags and need more throw rugs. Floor very slippery when come in from hot tube. Thanks for our Christmas tree and stay

Cozy cabin review

One of the main reasons we booked this cabin was because of the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. We got there and the tub did not work, we notified the owner and got no response. Depending on the wind direction there is a very strong smell of sewer when sitting on balcony or in hot tub. There is a pool table in the main area of the cabin but it is up against the wall and you can’t even play.

Great little cabin

Overall the cabin was nice. We went out most of the day so mainly just slept there. Our girls really enjoyed playing the arcade game. The beds were comfy but the sheets did not fit the bed. The fitted sheets and the mattress protector kept coming off both beds. They also had jacuzzi but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the tub over the jets. Not much point in having a jacuzzi if you can’t use it. It doesn’t look pretty though. The fireplace is nice.

Didn't let us stay

The property is owned by cabins for you. During reservation i did my credit card and photo verification. I even received a call from the agent a week before that I'm all set for the reservation. We arrived around 8 pm and the door code was deactivated. We tried to call but customer service was closed, there was no office either for help. It was already dark and we had no where to go so we had to stay at a hotel. Since all of us are work from home the next day, this made us so frustrating. Friday we came back again and there was someone who opened the door for us so we kept all our stuffs to the cabins, there was no wifi in the cabin. We called the customer service and then the lady on the call told us that we can't stay there in the property. I told her we're already here but she told me we haven't done credit card verification but I kept telling her that I did it last week and even received a call that we're all set but we were told to leave. We were all tired and had no clue so we cook eat and get fresh that day and we packed everything and left. I'm going to ask for the refund once I get home.

Nice cabin.

The cabin was very nice and well maintained. I would suggest that if the property is advertised as sleeping 6, that seating for 6 be available.

Great time but wish there was WiFi

I know it says there is no WiFi in the description of the property but I thought there would be cell reception. It was hard to plan what we were going to do for dinner or activities for the next day with little to no cell reception and no WiFi. Other than that my family loved the place. My 3 year old loved the arcade game and the pool. We loved the relaxing back deck. Just a few minutes from Dollywood. Would definitely go back if there was WiFi.

Family Christmas vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves everything was clean and organized 😊 it was in a great location very relaxing we all enjoyed playing pool games and the hot tub only thing my kids was upset there wasn't any wifi I didn't notice that while booking but we used our Hotspot the overall stay was great we will book again
