This unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths that has 1800 square feet and a very large balcony. This unit is one of North Myrtle Beach's best vacation resorts.

This popular two tower luxury ocean front building offers a lazy river, an ocean front pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 over sized ocean front hot tubs, an exercise/fitness room, high speed internet, separate dining room, outdoor tables on balcony, fully equipped kitchen, built in microwave, radiant stove top oven, breakfast bar, washer, dryer, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. The master bedroom has a king size bed, huge walk in closet, with a private bath with double sinks, granite vanity, whirl pool garden tub and a separate door to ocean front balcony.

In front of Crescent Shores there is parasailing, jet ski rentals and banana boating. The unit has been professionally decorated and is always neat and clean.

We are minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Championship Golf Courses, a Public Country Club at Barefoot Resort and just a short drive away from many Putt Putt Courses, Broadway at the Beach, Nascar, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Dixie Stampede Theater.

Another Christmas in Paradise

My family and I had the pleasure of spending Christmas and New Years in this beautiful condo this year. It is a beautiful unit with unparalleled gorgeous views of the ocean from almost every room! The unit is very well maintained and the owner puts forth much effort and does everything possible to keep the unit as nice as it looks!!

Hollie is the most wonderful owner I have worked with on this site, and we have been renting from her for many years now. We have stayed at other units before we found this one and no longer wish to search for any other place when we visit North Myrtle. She goes WAY above and beyond to ensure her renters have a pleasant, enjoyable stay, and is never farther than a call or an e-mail away should any issues come up!

If you are looking for a get-away in this area I highly recommend Hollie Davis Rentals! The pictures of the unit are spot-on accurate in showing just how beautiful and well maintained the unit is!!

Thank you, Hollie for a relaxing, memorable stay!! (My Mom passed this year and it was Just what we needed to regroup!). We look forward to spending next Christmas there again!

What a Beautiful Place!!!

This unit is the nicest and cleanest unit we have stayed in North Myrtle Beach! The final construction of the stucco repair outside and the ceiling under the garage replacement has made this building look BRAND NEW! They really maintain and keep the building updated The unit itself is also very well maintained, nicely decorated, updated and looks exactly like the pictures. There are views of the ocean from every window but one. The owner was very pleasant, professional and prompt to respond to anything you need. The booking process was a breeze. There is so much to do in this location. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

CHRISTMAS IN PARADISE

My family and I had the pleasure of once again spending our annual Christmas vacation at this beautiful condo. It is the vacation we look forward to all year long!! We used to shop around every year, but Hollie is such a wonderful owner to work with we no longer look to go anywhere else! We have rented many different units in the general area of this condo, but when you combine the unparalleled views from this corner unit with such an awesome owner there is no comparison! The unit is very well maintained and should there ever be any issues Hollie is extremely prompt in getting them addressed and resolved (although in six years staying there we rarely have had any issues!) This year we were supposed to drive home into a blizzard, and Hollie was extremely accommodating in letting us extend our stay a few more days to wait for the storm to come and go!! We highly recommend both the unit and the owner!!

Unfortunate experience

I had no idea that our condo was under construction! They were working right outside our windows the entire week!! There was no Hot tub, Lazy River or Parking at the South Tower.

Owner's Response: The outdoor pools and lazy river are not open the time of year this guest stayed with us. It is still considered winter. We have always had a parking garage for our guests and only parking drop off under the building. there was a stucco repair on the outside of the building which is out of my control. I feel that the the reviews are for the condition and quality of the unit itself. That was failed to be mentioned.

Homeowner was rude and indifferent regarding construction and safety

We were looking to escape all the snow here in Northern Maine, so we chose this particular unit

(listing # 219238) because the pictures show fantastic, sweeping views of the ocean and because it boasts indoor/outdoor pools for our children. Imagine our disappointment upon arrival to enter the living room and discover our views being obstructed by heavy, opaque plastic in all glass windows facing the deck as well as the windows in the master bedroom. Instead of waking to light filled rooms with an ocean view, we awoke to the sound of loud drilling/sanding and it looked like we were wrapped in a plastic cocoon. We later discovered that we also could not go swimming in either of the outside pools as they too had been covered with the plastic and blocked off. Hardly the ideal vacation we were anticipating. We returned later in the afternoon to discover workmen right outside our master bedroom suite. We had paid in full prior to our arrival and the owner had sent us an email listing all the rules and regulations to be followed, but she never mentioned any construction being done to the building. Since my mother booked the condo, she made the call to the owner who immediately became very defensive and recalcitrant, insisting that this was not "ongoing construction" and that we should just remove the plastic from the windows ourselves or she could send a handyman over to do it. When asked how long this project was going to take, she stated she could not answer that question. She continued to deflect from our complaints stating over and over how beautiful the place is and tried to make it sound like this was just a small project that she hired someone to do. It was obvious from all the large scaffolding on the outside of the building that this was something being done to the whole North Tower, not just to her unit and so was the parking garage. We had to buggy-lug all of our belongings from across the street every day. We feel strongly that she should have advised us of this ongoing construction so we could have made a different choice in our accommodations. Instead of offering a refund or at least a reduction in the price, she rudely hung up the phone. To add more shock to our stay, we had a STRANGE MAN enter our unit UNANNOUNCED! He muttered "Oh sorry, I didn't realize she had rented this unit out." We felt confident booking through VRBO because of it's "Book With Confidence" Guarantee, however, they have yet to help us resolve the issue.

Owner's Response: I never spoke to this person. The mother of this person placed the reservation. The mother never stayed in my unit. As you can see from many reviews that I take pride in providing quality service to all my my guests. I am never rude and I certainly don't hang up on people. We do have 7 days a week maintenance and housekeeping service. Maintenance came to do a repair not realizing the property was rented. Yes there is a stucco repair on the outside of our building which is completely out of our control. I believe it to be complete now. When you stay in a quality resort there is and should be always some sort of maintenance going on there. We only have guest and luggage drop off under our building. We have always had a parking garage for our guests since the day our building was built. This guest stayed in the month of February. We only hav the indoor pool open during this time of the year.
