The Mountains, summer or winter—just as you’ve always dreamed!<br>—a spacious 130-square-meter apartment in a chalet with two units; located at the top of Villar d’Arène, a small mountain village in the “Pays de la Meije”; facing the Écrins National Park; at the foot of the Col du Lautaret and the Col du Galibier<br>PEACE AND COMFORT Guaranteed, with views of the Meije and Écrins mountains.<br>With high-quality bedding, mountain-style furniture, and many features made from local wood, it’s a very warm and pleasant place to stay.<br>Large balcony/terrace, facing south/west, ideal for watching the sunset.<br>Many sports activities available: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ski touring right on-site; downhill skiing, backcountry skiing, and snowkiting nearby; major resorts (Serre-Chevalier + thermal baths and Les 2 Alpes) 20 km away; mountain biking, road biking (the great mountain passes!), hiking, rock climbing… etc.<br>And also relaxation, with easy opportunities to observe wild flora and fauna.

Logement bien situé permettant d'accéder facilement à la station du Chazelet (10 min), à la Grave (10 min) ou aux bains de Monétiers (25 min). L'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Les 2 salles de bain et les 2 toilettes sont très pratiques. Et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine ou des plats de montagne (raclette, fondue). Nous recommandons.

Très bon accueil des hôtes. Martine nous a bien expliqué comment fonctionnait le logement. Nous avons pu intégrer le logement un peu plus tôt que prévu, ce qui a été appréciable comme nous avions voyagé de nuit. Environnement paisible et proche de beaucoup de randonnées. Villar d’arène est idéal pour se sentir dépaysé et au calme.

Trés belles vacances

Très beau village, calme et parfaitement bien situé pour qui aime les promenades ou rando en montagne, le cyclisme sur route ou le VTT. Logement confortable, spacieux, bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur la montagne. Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles.

séjour agréable mais...

Le séjour a été très agréable. La propreté du logement et de la vaisselle à notre arrivée laissait un peu à désirer. L'équipement de base (lave-vaisselle, évier?...) mériterait d'être amélioré. L'emplacement est génial pour ce qui est de la proximité avec les randonnées et l'accès au village, par contre, l’immeuble est situé à quelques mètres de la route du col du Lautaret. Les locataires qui dorment de ce côté ( 3 chambres sur 4) en ont souffert.

Séjour en famille à Villar d'Arene

Notre famille a adoré le séjour à Villar d'Arène. Nous avions l'habitude de venir en camping chaque année durant les années 80-90's, et j'y reviens régulièrement avec mes parents. Les paysages sont magnifiques, et nous avons pu observer de nombreuses fleurs, oiseaux et marmottes lors de nos randonnées. Le gîte est bien situé, bien agencé, et nous avons été bien accueillis. Je recommande 👍👍👍

appartement très bien placé et très bien équipé

Bonjour, nous étions 4 à séjourner une semaine dans le logement et on a tous été ravis des coditios d'accueil. Super bien équipé, on a pu cuisiner qusiment comme à la maison! Les chambres sont agréables, grandes. les 2 salles de bain, c'est vraiment un plus. Bref, on recommande , et merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs recommandations d'excursion.

Séjour très agréable

Villar d'arène est un très joli coin. Les paysages sont magnifiques et la Meije fait partie de ces lieux inoubliables avec une beauté époustouflante. Sur quelques kilomètres ou sur place, nous avons trouvé des pistes de ski de fond, du ski de descente, de belles randonnées en raquettes ainsi qu'à pied. Ce séjour restera marqué dans nos mémoires. Les propriétaires du gîtes sont très sympathiques. Les habitants de cette petite commune le sont tout autant.

Au top ! N'hésitez pas !

Très spacieux, confortable, agréable et parfaitement équipé, pour tous les âges. Chacun trouve son intimité et ses marques très rapidement ! J'ai apprécié le salon avec sa grande baie vitrée qui nous permet d'apprécier la vallée. Literie ferme, possibilité d'accoler les petits lits pour en faire 1 grand (pratique si besoin pas d'espace entre les 2). J'ai beaucoup apprécié aussi les informations sur les activités, histoire et randonnées mises à disposition, ainsi que la bibliothèque bien garnie. Le seul "bémol" de la vallée si je puis dire c'est le manque de réseau récurrent mais cela n'est pas spécifique au logement ! Super séjour, magnifique vallée nous nous sommes tous régalés 1 an 3 ans 18 ans mon mari, ma belle maman et moi 😅
