Outdoor pool located at the backyard of the house with in 2 minutes walk, Indoor pool with in 5 minutes drive from the the house, Basketball and tennis courts, playground and much more, PASSESARE NOT INCLUDED. The house has a modern design with high Cathedral ceiling . Huge property with lots of privacy.
The lake is visible from the deck during fall, Winter and spring and breathtaking nature during the summer.
Open floor plan helps you enjoy breathtaking views . This home boasts 3+1 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and many additional sleeping spaces to accommodate up to10 guests and 2 baby's comfortably, Full baby crib, Booster chair and playpan are included). Two separate common areas featuring comfortable sofas with a 65 inch flat screen smart TV on the main level. Each bedroom has its own TV .
Our game room is located in the lower level and has a variety of games and a full size pool table, Foosball table, Arcade, Dart board, Cards,
Small Jenga, Huge Jenga, Backgammon, Checkers, Books and lottos other entreatments.

Fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a BBQ on the spacious deck with our outdoor 6 burner grill complete with grilling utensils. Fireplaces will give a romantic cozy vibe during your relaxing stay. Fire pit and chairs to enjoy evening gatherings and marshmallow roasting.

The house was great Altho there was not space for the family to watch a show together easily due to arrangement of furniture. The gaming system was not ideal (old stuff). I’d also like a kitchen towel and more hooks throughout! But the owner was always available and the beds were great!

Saved the Day!

Baruch saved the day for us at the last minute after our original rental fell through. I wish I would have seen his place initially. The house met all of our needs (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant). Easy check in and check out. Location is a short walk to the outdoor pool and quick drive to the indoor pool for rainy days. Highly recommended!

BEAUTIFUL HOME ❤️

Normally I would clean the house the before my baby go on the floor. BUT this house was so clean, tastefully decorated, everything worked. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the balcony because of the rain. House manager was great, easy communication. We left the house as clean and we found it. Amazing time spent with my dad and sister who was visiting. We will visiting this property again. Thanks Mr. K

Great House for a Family Vacation

The house is very well equipped. We are a family of 9 - 3 generations - and we were all very happy with the place. The house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen beds as well as additional mattresses. The kitchen is large and has many provisions as well as 2 different coffee makers. The game room boasts many games. There are two long dining tables - in the house and on the deck - and many chairs. Several Samsung TVs.

I wanted to love this place

Bottom line is that off the main bathroom in the Laundry room is a camera. You are being recorded. So my guest was appalled when they stepped outside the shower and into the laundry room to know they where being filmed. There is a hidden sign once inside the laundry room that you are being recorded but at that point it is too late. We found the camera and as a rental property owner it's unnecessary to film anyone for any reason. Also there is $20 charge per person to use all facilities and doesn't take credit cards..
