The Pink Seahorse A Frame

Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with a pull out queen sleep sofa; dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

Beautiful views!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout of the house It was perfect for our family of five. We also love that you are just steps from the beach. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Great weekend away

Four old college friends got together for a fun weekend at the beach and close to good food. Great location. Easy in and out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Fire pit was a win. The spiral staircase is a little tight if you're bigger people, but definitely manageable

Great location and very quiet beach

Great house for our extended family. The narrow spiral staircase between the floors were no problem for the younger folks in our group, but the main floor (2nd) was plenty comfortable, well-appointed kitchen, and lots of entertaining spaces inside and out. We appreciated the abundance of beach umbrellas, chairs, and beach gear. Only a few steps to the sand and easy drive to Vilano and downtown St. Augustine.

Great Stay

Our weekend stay at your property will become  the benchmark for all future family vacations.  Your beach front home gave us the perspective of being on a ship at sea, wether it was enjoying a family meal together at the dining room table, watching the Yankees win the pennant in the living room, or while taking a nap in the hip and modern loft area.  The amenities were plenty.  Our favorite was the fenced in yard that allowed our dogs the freedom to run and play, paired with the flexibility of just opening the gate to be on the beach.  We look forward to many future visits.
