This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a girls weekend with my nieces. Close enough to Chicago to drive in for the day but far enough away to not deal with the craziness of the city. This place is soacious, comfortable and had every amenity we needed. The pool was a huge hit with the girls. The beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again.
Our 4th stay at this location - different apartment this time - but as before the place is clean, communication is easy, and easy access to downtown Evanston. Will stay here again.
We spent 6 days very comfortably while visiting nearby family. We were walking distance from everything we needed, a big plus. Our host was very responsive; we really appreciated it. We will stay again on our next visit.

Hi Gail,
Thank you for taking such great care of our property. One of the reasons why we love this condo is everything is right in the heart of Evanston.
This place was fantastic. Quiet and safe neighborhood, clean facility, great location, well stocked, and the property owner communicated back within seconds. Absolutely perfect.
Loved the apartment, very close to everything we wanted to be close to at NU. Great communication! Wish we had found this four years ago when our son started at NU!
Over all property is average. A few disappointing items.Towels need replaced, they are stained, old and ratty. There are very few glasses for beverages.
Great experience all the way around. Easy booking, great communication with the host. Spacious, very comfortable accommodation with indoor parking. Immaculately clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, linens and towels. Bonus to have access to a workout room. We had a great time! Great location!
We loved the condo! Beautifully furnished and very close to great restaurants and Northwestern Univ. I have recommended it to family who travel to this area a few times a year. I had a few questions at first and all were answered quickly and clearly. Thanks for making our son's graduation weekend even better! Highly recommend!
Would have been great with better window coverings
The window coverings in this unit were terrible. Cheap bent mini blinds that don’t close all the way which wouldn’t have been so bad if the primary bedroom wasn’t literally 2 walls of windows. Street lights at night beam in, sun before 5 AM with eastern exposure. Literally slept 2 hours the first night then spent and hours taping thick paper to the windows. Many rentals have subpar window coverings but this one takes the cake. Otherwise, this would have been a great place, was hoping to stay again as our daughter just moved to Evanston but no way.

While I accommodated you with an early check in and checked if you needed anything else during your stay, you didn't express any discomfrot. Regarding a fixture such as blinds, the ownership of building doesn't allow the installation of any blackout curtains. Sunlight is out of my control, and you left a 2 star rating due to your personal preference. Some guests appreciate seeing the sun in the morning from the bedroom, but you don't. We've never received a 2-star rating since we've hosted for 5 years. A bright bedroom is not your preference, but these natural circumstances are out of my control. I think your general rating doesn't properly represent the whole unit's value
Cute, modern apartment in convenient location with parking!
Our family recently stayed in Serenity of Evanston, and had a great stay. The location of the apartment is great, within an easy walk of a number of shops and restaurants, as well as both an L station and a Metra station. The lakefront and Northwestern campus are also a reasonable walk away; the Evanston Farmer's Market was an easy walk on Saturday morning and very worthwhile too. Yet despite the in town location, there's also reserved indoor parking, which just can't be beat. Basically, you can get wherever you need to easily by walking, car, and/or public transit. The apartment is modern and in very good condition. It's not large by any means -- some parts of the apartment felt a bit cramped -- but it was big enough for our family of 3. All of the standard stuff is there, including -- quite importantly -- a washer and dryer. The property managers were exceptionally responsive, always responding quickly to any questions I might have.Do be aware that the apartment is very much "in town": despite very good soundproofing, you will get city sounds. In particular, you will hear the Metra trains going by at various times of day. We didn't find it to be at all bothersome -- and the trade-off for the great location was well worth it -- but it's something to be aware of if you're sensitive to those sorts of things.Overall, a great stay.
