This is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment that is cozy and contemporary! This unit is located in Evanston’s arts district, surrounded by local shops, tree lined streets, and is a short distance to restaurants, the lakefront, Northwestern University, and various large hospitals.

Established in 1863, the town is known for having some of the most beautiful historic homes and architecture. You can fill a day simply by walking around and seeing the local neighborhood streets.

Evanston is a suburb just north of Chicago with easy access to the city either by car or public transit.

This apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a sofa sleeper.

The space provides everything someone would need for day to day living. It includes:

The only thing missing in the kitchen was a toaster of some sort. Grocery store about a 10 min walk away. The apartment was spotless.

The unit was a very good space. Everything you would want in a short term stay location. In a pretty spot in Evanston. Not really located where you can walk to shops or food but the drives were short and parking was ample. In a cozy neighborhood with schools close by. Streets are very dark at night due limited lighting but night foot traffic was very limited. I would stay again.

We needed a place to stay for the night, because we went to a concert, and it was such a great experience. When we checked in, I was really surprised about how accurate the pictures looked to the actual rooms. Everything was clean, there weren’t any weird smells, and no plumbing problems. The apartment is in a really nice quiet area. About 30-40 minute drive from Chicago, and lots of nice restaurants in the area.Everything was clean and had everything we needed.

This VRBO was perfect - everything looks brand new! The kitchen is well organized with all we would have needed and the sitting room and television were comfortable and easy to use. We loved the quiet neighborhood-parking was easy- and it was only ten minutes from my grandson at northwestern. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful apartment

The space was great and well maintained. There was loud construction in the building multiple days, as well as boring across the street. Both made it less than an ideal stay, but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
