Come escape from it all and relax in this modern 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private gulf front balcony with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom offers 1 king bed. In unit washer/dryer. Spectacular sunsets, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance at an unbelievable gulf front property conveniently located in the heart of Treasure Island. Free parking for one vehicle per unit, free WIFI, stunning grounds with ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, heated pool and grill area with outdoor seating. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for our guests.

Thanksgiving Break

This is the second time I have stayed here. I would highly recommend as condo is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything you need is within a walking distance. Management is excellent and accommodating. I will stay again.

Beach Getaway

Beautiful view and great location. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Love the beach towels and chairs that were provided. Thank you! We spent a lot of time on our balcony and the only suggestion we have is to add lounge chairs so we could lay down and be even lazier on our vacation.

Lovely Getaway

My husband and I love the St. Pete Beach area but decided to stay someplace new this year. We were very happy there. The only 2 things that didn't work correctly is the main television and dirty floors. We ended up wearing shoes in the condo the entire time.

The property was great and very clean. Awesome view, and the sunsets were amazing. The only problem was the washer didn’t work. The property manager gave us a key to another room to use the washer but it was very inconvenient to carry it all down and back while it was wet.

Needs cleaning, terrible beds but good location

After just staying at this property, I found myself going back to read back through reviews to see if I had missed one. I'm shocked at the good reviews because this property needs some attention. First the good....the location. It was directly on the beach so super easy to walk out and to the beach. The check-in was easy. Kitchen was decent and had the basics if you wanted to cook. Also it was nice to have access to beach chairs and umbrella. Now the bad. The floor was filthy, I noticed my kids white socks were gray and black within minutes so I got wet paper towels to wipe down a small area of the floor and it was absolutely filthy. The chair was filthy, obvious dirty spots along with the throw pillows all having stains on them which I find completely disgusting, especially in a rental. We pulled out the sofa bed to fix it for our kids and found just a foam pad, maybe 4 inches thick but there was a sign boasting that there was an air mattress which we couldn't find. By this time, the front desk was closed so they suffered through one terrible night on it. I laid on it and don't see how anyone could stand it. I talked to the front desk the next morning and they checked and said the air mattress had been replaced with the foam but would try to find one which they did. It was terrible too, only slightly better than the thin foam. The king bed in the bedroom was HORRIBLE. Not only was the mattress uncomfortabe but it was terribly noisy. You couldn't move an inch without it making horrible creaking noises. So needless to say, neither myself or husband slept much for the 2 nights we were there. The vents were covered in thick dust and the bathroom shelving unit was dirty and had a broken shelf so we didn't dare even think to place anything on it. Much of the furniture is worn. The pool was dirty with a lot of leaves both days we were there and the water did not feel like it was heated at all. Overall, great location but this unit really needs to be overhauled with new furniture including new beds and have a deep cleaning.

Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Treasure Island. The location was perfect and the room was beautiful and super clean. Also, couldn’t ask for a better view. We would definitely love to come back!!

Nice unit for cost in a well-maintained and -operated old-school Florida charm

The unit was accurately represented on the listing and clean, and was fairly well-updated with expected amenities for the reasonable cost of the unit. Management staff are onsite daily, and I had a very late-check in that was well-accommodated by management company. Pool and deck area in good condition. One negative was that the current property maintenance staff were a bit overzealous; surely they could have scheduled to power-wash the pool furniture and deck at a time other than 2 p.m. when guests were using the pool. But management received my complaint on that well, and the flip-side to that easily solvable issue is that this is a clean, charming property to enjoy. The lawn and grounds are lovely and well-maintained for a relatively small property, complete with yellow/purple hammocks to match the colorful art-deco aspirations of the property. Right on the beach with just a small walk from the property through sea oats dunes to get there. Balconies all face the Gulf and I'd recommend the property for anyone seeking a unit in its price range.
