Nuestro condominio renovado frente al golfo del quinto piso es muy bueno para el Alma. ¡Salga de su cama king size por la mañana, tome su café en el balcón mientras observa a los delfines o salga a caminar por la playa en busca de conchas! Pase sus días relajándose en la playa de arena blanca en polvo, nadando en el golfo o en la piscina climatizada, pescando, comprando o simplemente explorando John's Pass, St. Petersburg, o cerca de Tampa.

¡Entonces brinda por las puestas de sol más hermosas que jamás hayas visto! ¡Toma tu foto perfecta desde la arena o el balcón! Termine su día experimentando una excelente variedad de restaurantes a minutos de Sunset Beach. Ven a casa, date un paseo iluminado por la luna en la playa, disfruta del wifi gratis, elige una película de nuestra biblioteca de películas o simplemente relájate y disfruta de una maravillosa noche de sueño, ¡todo mientras escuchas el sonido del surf a continuación!

¡No necesitas buscar más! Este lugar es un pedacito de paraíso y realmente crea
una relajante experiencia de vacaciones AHHHHHHHH!

For over 15 years we’ve been coming to Treasure Island and try to stay at Sunset Chateau. Shelley & Kirk’s condo was wonderful! It is steps to the beach! The pool is beachside! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We hope to stay here again….

Perfect January Getaway

We had a great week relaxing on Sunset beach. The condo was exactly as expected and Shelley was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful!!!

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay for your vacation look no further. This condo is decorated beautifully, nice and clean and has everything you need to have fun in the sun! Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and being able to look out over the Ocean from your condo. The area is nice and quiet and cute beach bars just down the street! I can’t say enough good things!

Great place!

My husband and I stayed for a week for a friends wedding nearby…this is a really great place. Very clean, cute decor, beautiful beach and sunsets every evening! Shelley is wonderful at communicating and making she you have everything you need for your stay!!! We are hoping to return again soon! Thank you Shelley :)

Pure Heaven!

Cannot get better views or closer to the beach! Lovely residential neighborhood. I have stayed at Sunset Chateau many times but this unit is by far the most well stocked with ALL the things you want or need for the beach and your stay! Myself and 2 of my girlfriends were there and we had plenty of room! Shelley was and absolute joy to deal with, friendly and provided lots of information. You cannot go wrong with this little piece of heaven on Sunset Beach!!❤️

Shangri-la!

What a spectacular vacation! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves for the week at this immaculate condo directly on the beach. Everything you could possibly need was there. Shelley provides all you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to pool and beach necessities. We didn't even rent a car for this trip, as we were able to walk or get a ride anywhere we wanted to go. The island has a "free" ride system with drivers that work for tips. Just about anything you need is within walking distance too. Perfection! Shelley has provided a binder of local information that came in very handy while we were there. The beach was pristine and I found close to 100 sand dollars, met the resident seagull Gertrude, watched magnificent sunsets every night, walked the beach every morning with my coffee, and enjoyed all of the local hangouts. Ka'tiki is a locals hang out. Their drinks are cheap and the burgers, $3.00, are great! Caddy's has a wonderful breakfast and the Bloody Mary's are the best. Do not hesitate to book this place. Communication with Shelley, then owner, was fantastic. In addition to the unit itself being immaculate, every day there is a grounds cleaning crew mopping the breezeways, hosing away sand from beach goers, cleaning up the elevators from sand and debris, and making sure everything is kept spotless. The worst part of our trip was saying goodbye. Thank you so much for a much needed break from reality!

Sunset Beach Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights for our honeymoon. The apartment had everything we could ever need and more. Location was perfect for what we were looking for, not in a resort/touristy area but close to all kinds of restaurants, bars, and little shops. The beach was literally our front yard! Ocean was crystal clear with tons of shells (I found 7 sand dollars), sand bar a couple feet from shore. I have zero negative things to say about the apartment, beach, or area. We plan on coming back soon!

“There’s no place like home” Best part is.. that’s exactly what this felt like.. HOME! The owners Shelley and Kirk are like fam too! We went for our honeymoon/ 2 year anniversary and it was PERFECT! Heaven on Earth!!!!

From beginning to end was an amazing experience. Shelley is a great communicateor and people person who really cares about her guests experience. The condo is perfectly appointed where there is almost no one passing your door. It is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The condo literally had everything you could possibly imagine, whether your 90 or 2yrs old. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler, books, beach toys, you name it, it's there. Don't bother looking else where....its amazingly wonderful.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This property is right on the beach and offers amazing sunset views. The condo was super clean and well stocked with everyday items. The front door opens to the beach, and the property is close to restaurants / local attractions and has a nice pool. The owner Shelly is so helpful and was very quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend and we will stay here again in the future!

Beauty by the sea

I'm so very happy I found this property! It is fantastic! The condo was very clean, well kept, cutely decorated and had EVERYTHING you need. And it was literally as close to the beach/ ocean as you can get. Located in a cute area with a couple restaurants and bars with a very short walking distance. The beaches were beautiful and well kept with lots of shells. Beautiful sunsets and the occasional dolphin sitings were wonderful. Shelley the owner is awesome and very helpful and responsive. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again. And if you are looking for a great place to stay in Treasure Island you've found it! Enjoy

Great location and great owners

We loved our time at Sunset Chateau! The view and location were breath taking! Just a short walk to Caddy’s! It was clean and had everything you will need for a stay at the beach! Owners were super friendly and great to work with!

“Beautiful Sunsets”

This property is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to some restaurants and bars.. We loved the fact that it is so close to the water. We could hear the surf and watch beautiful sunsets. The condo was just the right size for two people. Well equipped. With kitchen utensils and beach supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

adorable getaway

Property in a very congested area but still quiet. owners left detailed info regarding things to do and places to eat. Shelley was wonderful and very helpful. The place is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked so eating in was no problem either.

Comfortable and well appointed condo in a great location

Comfortable and well appointed condo in a great location. The view was amazing and just steps out to a long walk on the beach. So nice to wake up every morning to the sound of the surf & know there were a ton of things to do nearby. Condo is very comfortable and was well-stocked kitchen items , beach toys, towels etc.

Back Yard Beach

If you love St Pete area You will love this Cozy condo ! Everything you need is there! If you're not a fan of carrying all your stuff a mile to get to the beach then this is place for you. You can throw a sea shell from the parking lot and hit the ocean. So Nice ! Not crowded ! Super peaceful and the Sunsets , Dolphins, Shells, and beach was Amazing !

Amazing

I couldn’t have had a better stay, it was right on the beach, near a couple of bars. Had good surf fishing available and the property itself was great. Very well taken care of and felt like it was a home rather than a hotel
